With the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry,the fleet size of various airlines has continued to grow,and the civil aviation industry has ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Flight delays and flight safety have always been the key concerns of civil aviation.Ensuring flight punctuality and flight safety are also key factors in the quality of airline operations.In order to improve the operational quality of airlines,this thesis discusses them from two dimensions of safety and punctuality.By analyzing the historical flight data,it explores the potential factors that affect the normality of flights and provides improvement measures.Analyze the flight quality according to the QAR data,predicting flight safety trends,and conducting research to improve the quality of airline operations.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:First,according to relevant civil aviation regulations and manuals and field investigations on the status of airline operation quality,the airline operation quality is divided into two parts: operation control quality and flight quality,and summarizes the related concepts and expounds the importance of the quality of airline operation to the safe and efficient operation of airlines.Secondly,for the quality of flight operation control,through the analysis and processing of the company's operating data in the past three years,the operation control quality is compared and analyzed from multiple indicators such as flight punctuality rate,return flight back-off rate,and departure flight normal rate,and based on the multi-factor analysis of the operating background,the factors affecting the quality of flight operation control are analyzed,and improvement measures are proposed.Finally,for the flight quality of the flight,the SPA-Markov algorithm is used as the main modeling method for the research problem.Through screening and processing of the QAR overrun event data,the data indicators of the five types of QAR overrun events are determined as the evaluation object.Fully combining set-pair analysis and Markov chain,scientifically dividing the risk level of flight quality,in order to establish an assessment and prediction model of flight quality and safety trend prediction,and using actual data to complete case verification,prove that the model is reliable and effective.The completion of the research work in this article will help airlines improve their operating quality from two important dimensions,provide improved measures for airlines to improve flight punctuality,and provide scientific prediction and assessment models to improve flight quality,ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the company.
