With the rapid and continuous development of civil aviation industry,flight safety is becoming more and more concerned.According to statistics,more than 70 percent of accidents are caused by improper pilot manipulation.In order to improve flight safety and economic benefit,the quality of flight must be monitored and managed from source to improve the quality of flight.At present,airlines want to quickly determine the vulnerabilities of flight safety and improve safety.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to use advanced technology to evaluate flight quality.By analyzing the research status of QAR data application and flying quality evaluation at home and abroad,aiming at the existing problems and causes,a flight quality evaluation model based on QAR data is constructed.First of all,this paper studied the relationship between the flight quality evaluation and flight quality monitoring,clear definition and research category of flight quality and evaluation,based on the present situation and evaluation of flight quality at home and abroad,put forward the existing evaluation of flight quality in our country,and analyze the main factors affecting the quality of flight.Secondly,by analyzing the data error of QAR data decoding,a data fitting method based on RBF neural network is proposed for data preprocessing of QAR data.Combined with the influence factors of flight quality,QAR data comprehensive analysis is used to highlight the QAR parameters that affect the quality of flight data.Finally,the evaluation method of flight quality commonly used by the comparative analysis,put forward evaluation flight quality QAR data based on the idea of data preprocessing and standardization of QAR data,using the R cluster analysis of selected key QAR influence approach phase of flight quality parameter set,constructs the evaluation index system of flight quality and the use of AHP to determine the weight of each index,and based on the QAR data to conduct the empirical analysis of A321 models in the last stage of the flight quality evaluation,through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish the appropriate set of membership function and algorithm model of the comprehensive evaluation and Analysis on approach phase of the flight quality and obtain flight quality evaluation the results of a qualitative analysis,verify the reliability and practicality of the model.Paper flight quality evaluation model based on the QAR data research,better solve the flight quality evaluation of the fuzzy and hard to quantify,it for flight quality evaluation in the field of research has certain theoretical significance and practical value.It used of the method of data preprocessing,eliminate the abnormal data and missing data analysis of the experiment,the influence of the established evaluation index system of fully considering the effect of flight quality factors,and avoid the repeated problems caused by the correlation between variables information,make flight quality evaluation index system more relatively scientific and reasonable.The flight quality evaluation model has some practicability,and through further promotion and application of flight quality evaluation model,not only can make reasonable safety supervision department master pilots flight quality status,and the corresponding training plan for training management department provides good auxiliary decision information,at the same time,the pilot can see the evaluation results,familiar with their own flight quality,raise the level of flight control.
