Study On Ecological Environment Protection In The Industrialization Process Of Shangqiu City

The reform and opening-up policy opened up a socialist road which suited to its national conditions in 1978.Since then,a socialist market economic system has been established.Chinese economy has grown at an unprecedented rate and industrialization has greatly developed.On the one hand,the economic development enriched the material life.On the other hand,it caused a series of environmental ecology problems.Since China lagged far behind other western countries in the early days after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China put economic development in the first place in the process of development,ignoring the importance of environmental protection.The natural environment has been destroyed,resulting in the shortage of resources,environmental degradation and other environmental problems.Environmental development and economic development are two complementary and mutually reinforcing aspects.When the environment deteriorated,it would not only increase the cost of economic development,but also cause damage to the life and property security of the whole society.Therefore,in order to develop economy better,environmental improvement must be put on the development agenda.Based on the city of Shangqiu,the study researched the relationship between industrialization and ecological environment,the comprehensive evaluation of Shangqiu industrialization level,the problem of ecological environment existing in the process of industrialization.And ultimately our study established the Shangqiu road to industrialization and sustainable development strategy,promoted the common development between industrialization and ecological environment,reduced the damage to the environment of industrialization.First,the paper introduced the basic content of Marxist ecological philosophy.Through literature review,Marx’s ecological world outlook was mainly divided into three aspects: overall concept of ecological structure,concept of ecological harmony and view of ecological sustainable development.Marx’s philosophy hold that the world is universally connected.In other word,nothing is isolated object that everything is connected with each other,and there are relations within things.The view of harmonious referred to the fact that things are constantly moving,changing and developing.In the process of the development,there should be a holistic concept to promote the overall development among the elements of the ecological environment and promote the harmonious development among the elements and levels.Meanwhile,sustainable development referred to the sustainable development of natural environment,economy and society.In the process of Sinicization of Marxism,China has gradually established the concept of sustainable development and taken it as the basic strategy to promote the harmonious coexistence between human and nature,to promote environmental protection with economic development,and to promote sustainable economic development with environmental protection.Second,although the economic development of Shangqiu has made great breakthroughs in recent years,it had been a large agricultural city for a long time,and the industrialization process is slow.The level of industrialization was far lower than the surrounding cities.In addition,the economic development of Shangqiu city had problems such as unbalanced industrial structure,serious environmental pollution and insufficient innovation ability.Due to the restriction of ecological environment and natural resources,the development of Shangqiu gradually entered a weak stage.At the same time,the long-term premise of environmental destruction had gradually emerged economy of Shangqiu,including serious environmental pollution,shortage of ecological resources and lack of driving force for the development of high-tech industries.In order to solve this problem effectively,it is essential to develop the new industrialization of Shangqiu city and promote the synchronous development of economy and environment.Thus,we must adhere to ecological philosophy of Marx,establish the concept of overall,harmonious and sustainable development and promote the harmonious development of industry and environment.In addition,establishing the development concept of protecting environment and saving resources,improving industrial structure,promoting further improvement of its industrial structure has become the driver force to innovation,new road of industrialization and harmonious development of human and nature.
