Research On Flexible Assembly System Of Outdoor Sunshade And Development Of Host Computer

The traditional assembly and manufacturing system has the defects of single function,fixed beat and no flexible adjustment,and cannot meet the rapid response capability of market changes and requirements of small batch and multi-variety products.However,FAS(Flexible Assembly System)has a good ability to respond to internal and external changes and is one of the development directions of manufacturing industry.This paper presents a design scheme of flexible assembly system based on distributed moving platform.The system communicates wirelessly with the distributed moving platform on site through the upper computer,and can realize the functions of optimizing and adjusting the assembly tempo,switching the assembly schemes on demand,and dynamically monitoring the on-site running state according to the real-time information of the assembly site and the production task plan of the enterprise.The actual production test of an enterprise shows that the system has the advantages of improving the assembly efficiency of on-site products,adapting to the requirements of various assembly schemes,fast fault handling,etc.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)Design of field communication scheme for flexible assembly system of outdoor sunshade:Elaborate the technical requirements of outdoor sunshade and the design scheme of production line,and establish a suitable field communication scheme;2)Hardware design and key functional mechanisms of distributed mobile platform:Design the functional framework of distributed mobile platform and emphatically introduce three important assembly mechanisms that need to be implemented on distributed mobile platform:online initialization,power failure data recovery and platform precise positioning;3)Design and implementation of monitoring host computer and communication fault handling strategy:Design the development scheme of supporting host computer for flexible assembly production line,and use C#language to develop monitoring host computer with complete functions under Visual Studio environment.Write communication fault diagnosis and treatment strategies to solve communication fault problems during actual debugging and production.
