In this article,PBS was enhanced by blending with talc and PLA due to low-level melt strength and ductile printing filament.Later,the thermal performance,rheological properties,mechanical properties and printing quality of PBS containing proportional talc and PLA was studying systematically by injection moulding,printing process,differential scanning calorimetry,rotational rheometer and scanning electron microscopy.Afterwards,the research core transferred to researching warpping degree variation trend.In the third chapter,three type filament were prepared by replaced talc with mica,calcium carbonate and montmorillonoid,the low temperature printing process of PBS was realized,finally.In PBS/Talc composites,the results showed that talc played significant role in heterogeneous nucleation leading to higer crystallization rate and temperature.According to rheological and SEM analysis,talc sheet structure was reorientated easily in matrix and transfered the stress better.When the IPN(Interpenetrating Polymer Network)formed,the movement of polymer chains was restricted,and the melt revealed "solid-like"properties.When the talc content reached to 20%,the material both haved well printed quality and outstanding mechanical properties.Secondly,PLA was added to PBS/Talc composites to enhance its filament strength.The results indicated that PLA astricted the activity of PBS chains leading to significant decrease in crystallization temperature,meanwhile due to the restriction of PLA,the viscosity of PBS was improved obviously.With increasing PLA,the printing quality was promoted clearly and the molding precision was increased relatively.In the end,on the basis of optimal formula,talc was replaced by mica,calcium carbonate and montmorillonoid to prepare multifunctional FDM filament.From the results,four type composites showed well printing quality and surface accuracy was up to the mustard of printed demand.At shrinkage test,the PLA-Talc specimens were the best.
