With the rapid development of the social and economic environment,the employees born in the 1980s and 1990s have flooded into all walks of life and gradually become the backbone of the workplace;The impression that such employees leave us is young and sturdy,but often lacks experience;they have strong personality,but often the thinking is not very mature;and their sense of responsibility and resistance are poor,and they are also vulnerable to external influences;Such as low pay,lack of development space,interpersonal relationships and personal physical conditions,may directly lead to the departure of such employees;At the same time,more and more companies have realized the importance of the talent team;Not only do they ensure the scientificity and accuracy of employee recruitment and selection through various measures.but also begin to pay attention to employee loyalty shaping and talent team building;Even so,there are still many young and new generations of employees who are dissatisfied with the status quo of the company;For one reason or another,they choose to leave the company;Even the phenomenon of "naked words" is very common;At present,employee turnover has become a hot issue for experts and scholars;Appropriate turnover rate is beneficial to enterprise development,adding enterprise vitality and maintaining internal competitiveness;However,the high turnover rate caused by universality and concentration will affect a company’s health;Develop in an orderly manner;In recent years,the phenomenon of separation has not only been limited to small-scale private enterprises,but also to state-owned enterprises and institutions with low mobility of personnel in the past;Among them,the phenomenon of resignation is particularly prominent in the new generation;Taking the Hefei Cigarette Factory where the author is located as an example,it has been found through statistical investigation that in the past three years,the turnover rate of the new generation of employees has increased year by year,which has affected the stable development of the enterprise talent team;Therefore,this paper takes Hefei Cigarette Factory as an example to investigate and analyze the status quo and causes of the new generation of employees’ resignation,and proposes countermeasures on how to alleviate the resignation of new generation employees;The full text is divided into five chapters,of which:Chapter One Introduction;This chapter mainly explains the social background of the research and the corporate background in the research cases;the research status of the new generation of employees,separation issues and the theory of psychological contract at home and abroad;the purpose and significance of the research and the research used in the paper Methods,research ideas,and possible innovations;The second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts;This chapter defines the concepts of the new generation of employees,separation issues and psychological contracts through the combing and analysis of the literature,and sorts out the theory of the relationship between the new generation of employees,separation issues,psychological contracts and psychological contract and separation issues;To find out the entry point of the research and lay a theoretical foundation for this study;The third chapter is the status of the new generation of employees leaving the Hefei Cigarette Factory;This chapter firstly expounds the general situation of Hefei Cigarette Factory,and understands the status of the new generation of employees in the tobacco industry;Secondly,it designs and explains the data collection methods of the research objects,the composition of the questionnaire and the research methods used in the whole;On the basis of investigating the voucher,sum up the results of the survey voucher and ask questions to find out the reasons for the departure of the new generation of employees in Hefei Cigarette Factory;The fourth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the departure of the new generation of employees in Hefei Cigarette Factory;According to the results of the previous chapter on the reasons for the departure of the new generation of employees in Hefei Cigarette Factory,from the perspective of psychological contract,the countermeasures for the resignation of the new generation of employees in Hefei Cigarette Factory were proposed from multiple perspectives;The fifth chapter,research conclusions and prospects;This paper systematically summarizes the research process of the full text,explains the shortcomings and limitations of the research,and forecasts the future feasible follow-up research;...
