In the era of modern human resource management,the relationship between enterprises and employees can not only stay in the traditional paper contract,the role of implicit psychological contract in enterprise management activities is recognized by more and more managers.A good psychological contract can not only help to build a harmonious relationship between the enterprise and its employees,increase their sense of identity to the enterprise,but also improve their satisfaction and stimulate their enthusiasm for work,which is of great significance to the healthy development of the enterprise.PY steel company is a large-scale private steel joint enterprise.Due to the pressure of environmental protection in recent years and the decline of profits in the steel industry,the company is facing the problems of merger and reorganization.It is one of the important conditions for the company to successfully complete the reform by understanding the real ideas of employees on the current reform,comprehensively mastering the satisfaction of employees,and taking measures to stabilize the existing human resources.Based on the theory of psychological contract,this dissertation designs the questionnaire of employee satisfaction,and finds out the crux of the problem through the analysis of the current situation of employee satisfaction and psychological contract in PY steel company.It helps to build a good psychological contract between the enterprise and the employees,and at the same time,it formulates the countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction in accordance with PY steel company,so as to promote the enterprise's sustainable development.
