China is the largest coal producer and consumer in the world, the third reserves of coal resources.Because of lack of oil and gas, coal play an important role in the country’s economic operation. Although inrecent years the safety of coal production in our country have greatly improved, but the overall situation isnot optimistic. In order to improve the coefficient safety production in coal mine, guarantee the life safetyof coal mine workers, many domestic and foreign experts and scholars did a lot of research, including theresearch of mine safety technology to prevent and control of grave accident, but from the Angle ofpsychological contract to research safety production in coal mine is seldom. This article mainly study fromthe Angle of the psychological contract of the employees to research the coal mine safety problems inproduction.This article research mainly through literature retrieval, reading and analysis, studying researchsituation at home and abroad. Use standard research methods to discuss the perspective of coal mine safetyproblems in production under the psychological contract angle.
