China is a large coal mine country, and its energy structure has long been dominated by coal mines,so coal mine safety has become the focus of attention. With scientific and technological progress, policy reform and industrial optimization and upgrading, the coal mine safety situation has eased somewhat, but major accidents in coal mines have not been fundamentally curbed and occur from time to time.According to the investigation results of relevant scholars on the causes of major accidents in coal mines, the root cause of the accidents lies in unsafe behaviors of people. Therefore,to reduce the occurrence of major accidents in coal mines, the key lies in the pre-control of unsafe behaviors. Therefore, through taking the unsafe behavior of major accidents in coal mines as the research object, this paper makes a comprehensive risk assessment on its risk degree and development trend, designs a reasonable and effective risk pre-control management model, and improves the level of coal mine safety management. This paper is based on the theory of unsafe behavior and the theory of accident causation, through literature research and case analysis of major coal mine accidents from 2008 to 2017,Screen out the influencing factors of unsafe behavior of major accidents in coal mines; The interpretative structural model system is used to analyze the relationship and hierarchical structure of each influencing factor,By calculating the adjacency matrix, the reachable matrix, the first set,and the reachable set,Construct a risk assessment index system for unsafe behaviors of major accidents in coal mines including individual factors, equipment factors, environmental factors and organizational management. In order to reduce the subjective color and make the evaluation result more objective, the weight of the index is calculated by using the graded method; In view of the coexistence of uncertainty and certainty in the process of risk assessment of unsafe behavior in major accidents of coal mines, combined with the theory of set pair analysis has great advantages in solving such uncertain systems,Therefore, set pair analysis theory is coupled with pull-apart grade method to construct a risk assessment model for unsafe behavior in major accidents in coal mines based on 5 yuan connection number,Through the judgment of the risk level and the analysis of the set of potential and partial contact,it is possible to comprehensively judge the degree of risk and risk trend. The risk assessment model is applied to the actual case of coal mine. The empirical results show that the results of the assessment model are consistent with the actual situation, which provides reference and ideas for coal mine behavior risk assessment and pre-control management.Based on the risk assessment, the DuPont stop system and BBS management are introduced into the coal mine according to the idea of risk pre-control,Constructing a risk pre-control management model for unsafe behaviors in major accidents in coal mines,Through the model cycle of behavior observation, communication and correction,follow-up improvement,re-observation,re-communication and correction, and follow-up improvement, the behavior pre-control is continuously carried out,so that employees unconsciously develop safety awareness and habits, improve the safety level of coal mine enterprises,And applied to the actual case of the coal mine,The pre-control results show that the unsafe behavior is effectively controlled and reduced, and it is proved that the constructed behavior pre-control model is reasonable, effective and scientific.Figure[13]Table[28]Reference[114]...
