Multi-function Value Protection Of Farmland Based On Ecological Civilization

Farmland is the most important means of agricultural production and the basis of agriculture in China.China’s urbanization with the rapid development of theeconomic development and the construction of ecological civilization,that the contradiction has become increasingly prominent.The state proposes to promote the mainstream values of ecological civilization in the whole society,improve the level of ecological civilization construction,protect resources,protect cultivated land,and comprehensively promote the conservation and recycling efficient useof resources,and strictly observe the ecological red line of resources and environment.Therefore,it’s necessary to study the relationship between farmland value and ecological civilization.Taking Wu’an City of Hebei Province as an example,this paper bulids an studyon the connotation of agricultural ecological civilization,and evaluates ecological civilization index systemof farmland,to evaluate and analyse the changes of ecological civilization in Wu’an City from 2008 to 2017.Then,according to the multi-functional value connotation of farmland,the multi-functional value system of farmland is established,and the multi-functional value of farmland in Wu’an City from 2008 to 2017 is analyzed and evaluated,and the impact of farmland multi-functional value on ecological civilization is discussed.Finally,suggestions are made for the development and utilization of farmland and the coordinated development of ecological civilization.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as threepoints:(1)By reading a large number of documents,the paper summarizes the theoretical methods of learning relevant documents,analyzes the connotation of farmland ecological civilization,and constructs farmlandecological civilization evaluation index systemfrom four aspects: ecological environment,resource utilization,economic development and social coordination.Evaluation and analysis of the changes in ecological civilization in Wu’an City,the results show that Wu’an City’s ecological civilization index in 2008-2013 has been rising to 0.591,but declined to 0.514 in 2015 after two years,and continued to grow in the next two years.Buildingan ecological civilization has produced good results.The index of resource utilization,economic development and social coordination has also steadily increased,contributing greatly to ecological civilization.However,theevaluation results of ecologicalenvironment showed a continuousdecline,and we should pay more attention to the ecological environment.(2)According to the understanding of the multi-functional value of farmland and farmland,constructed the farmland multi-functional evaluation index system from three aspects: economic value,ecological service value and social function value.The results show that the multi-functional value of farmland in Wu’an increased continuously from 2008 to 2017,from 181.194 billion yuan in 2008 to 334.2 billion yuan in 2017,with an added value of 153.05 billion yuan,an increase of 84.44% over 2008,the average annual growth rate up to 9.38%.The social value of farmland in Wu’an is the leading value of farmland multi-functional value,and it is the main factor for the growth of farmland multi-functional value.(3)Using SPSS to analyze the impact of farmland multi-functional value on ecological civilization.The results show that farmland social value,ecological service value and economic value are negatively correlated with ecological environment,and positively correlated with resource utilization,economic development and social coordination.The overall value of farmland multi-function is positively correlated with farmland ecological civilization.
