In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly, but there is also a crisis behind it.China has become the world's largest carbon emitter. However,China's carbon emissions are not completely used to meet domestic demand.Export trade embodied carbon is carbon dioxide emitted by the country to meet the consumption of other countries. The current principle of dividing the responsibility of carbon emissions by international authorities is the “producer responsibility system”.However, this method is controversial because it ignores the difference in carbon emissions between domestic consumption and foreign consumption, which may cause “carbon leakage”.The study of trade embodied carbon is conducive to the establishment of a more equitable basis for the division of carbon emissions.China is known as the "world factory",manufacturing is China's trade-led industry,so the study of embodied carbon in manufacturing trade has a natural representation, which is conducive to more fair determination of China's carbon emissions responsibility, providing global carbon emissions measurement New ideas.Based on the significant research of implied carbon in manufacturing trade, this paper firstly analyzes the theories related to implied carbon emissions, and sorts out the main methods of analyzing the implied carbon measurement and influencing factors at home and abroad, and reviews them.Secondly, after comparing the statistical input of a number of data such as the Unified Input-Output Table, the Energy Statistics Yearbook, the HS Code and the Industrial Economics Statistical Yearbook, the current mainstream trade implicit carbon measurement method is compared, and the multi-regional investment is finally selected. The Output Model(MRIO)measures the implied carbon of manufacturing trade. Then, the structural decomposition analysis method(SAD)is used to analyze the influencing factors of manufacturing trade implied carbon, and it is divided into three factors: technical effect, structural effect and scale effect, and they are analyzed independently. Finally, the coreresearch conclusions of this paper are summarized, and relevant policy recommendations are put forward based on the conclusions.Through the above research,it is found that:(1)From 2005 to 2015,China's manufacturing export implied carbon emissions(over 1.5 billion tons in total)are much higher than imported implied carbon emissions(under 500 million tons),and there is a serious environmental trade surplus, manufacturing Trade has led to a net inflow of carbon emissions.(2)Implicit carbon in manufacturing exports accounts for about 10% of total carbon emissions in manufacturing, indicating that a considerable portion of China's manufacturing carbon emissions are borne by other countries.(3)"S2 textile industry, garment leather down and its products","S6 chemical industry","S13 communication equipment, computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing","S10 general purpose, special equipment manufacturing","S14 instrumentation The five sectors of manufacturing have gathered 63.24% of the export trade implied carbon implied carbon, resulting in a 70%implied carbon net difference.(4)The technical effect is the main factor affecting the implicit carbon of trade. The promotion effect of embodied carbon in manufacturing export trade is higher than that on import trade embodied carbon.(5)The structural effect is the least impact on trade embodied carbon in the three effects, and the embodied carbon in manufacturing export trade. The effect is shifted from inhibition to promotion, and the effect on imported embodied carbon is shifted from promotion to inhibition. It shows that the current manufacturing import trade structure is moving towards low carbonization, while the export trade structure is developing towards high carbonization.(6)The scale effect has promoted the embodied carbon in the import and export trade of the manufacturing industry, but it has a tendency to become smaller.(7)The scale effect of the embodied carbon accumulation sector of manufacturing exports is the main factor leading to the increase of embodied carbon in the export sector. Finally, based on the research conclusions, this paper puts forward suggestions on trade structure adjustment, energy structure and energy utilization, and technological innovation, and believes that it should actively participate in the International Climate Change Conference and strive for a more favorable carbon emission responsibility division principle.
