Diagnosis And Promotion Path Of Tourism Eco-Security In Metropolitan Growth Zone

With the arrival of the era of urban leisure,urban areas and urban growth areas with rich tourism resources have become an important growth pole of the tourism market,and they promoted regional economic and social development by virtue of their diverse cultural connotations,powerful urban functions and great inclusiveness.As an important space carrier for the construction of ecological civilization,the urban growth zones have the characteristics of rapid expansion of land use scale and high-intensity development of tourism resources.Maintaining the ecological security of this type of regional tourism has become an important proposition for the development of metropolitan areas.For this reason,this study centers on the theme of tourism eco-security in the process of urbanization,chooses Wanli District of Nanchang as the research area,which is a typical representative of the urban growth zones.This study based on the data's of social and natural ecology of Wanli District,and DPSIRM framework,the research framework of tourism ecological security in the urban growth zone is constructed,and the time series of 2006-2017 is used to carry out tourism ecological security in the urban growth zones.On this basis,based on the analysis logic of "connotation discrimination-dimension basis-method index-result evaluation" of urban tourism ecological security,this paper probes into the influencing factors of ecological security in the growth region,and puts forward the optimum path of constructing the ecological security.The main contents and conclusion of this papers are as followed:(1)This study establishes a theoretical framework for the analysis of tourism ecological security.Tourism ecological security in the urban growth areas is closely related to land ecology,sustainable development,systematics and human-land coordination.Based on this,the identification and theoretical framework of tourism ecological security elements are proposed.(2)This study constructed a DPSIRM framework of tourism eco-security evaluation system in the urban growth areas.In this paper,a typical urban growth areas,Wanli District,is selected as a case study.Based on the six dimensions of driving force,pressure,state,impact,response and management,the evaluation index system of tourism ecology in Wanli District is constructed,and the various dimensions of tourism ecology security are comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by the method of entropy.(3)The results show that the overall index of tourism ecological security in WanliDistrict shows a gradual upward trend,from 0.225 in 2006 to 0.769 in 2017,and the security level has changed from safety level I to basic safety level IV.(4)This study analyzed the influencing factors of tourism ecological security in the urban growth areas.The obstacle factors of tourism ecological security in Wanli District were analyzed by barrier factor method.At the criterion level,obstacle ranking is driven system(67.55%),pressure system(59.34%),management system(51.27%),impact system(45.78%),response system(40.93%)and state system(35.14%).At the factor level,the study finds that the tourism eco-security in Wanli District is closely related to the per capita arable land area,the rate of good air quality,the total area of construction land,the annual public financial budget,the proportion of energy saving and environmental protection expenditure to financial expenditure,and the proportion of tertiary industry to GDP.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the pattern of tourism ecological security in Wanli District is affected by economic efficiency,social equity and ecological security.(5)This study explores the optimal path of driving guidance-pressure decline-state maintenance-impact upgrade-response optimization-management upgrade.In terms of driving force,scientific planning and orderly development of tourism resources should attach equal importance to both tourism development and ecological protection;in terms of status,we should continue to strengthen environmental protection in urban growth areas;in terms of impact,we should guide and enhance the awareness of ecological security of relevant stakeholders;and in terms of response and management,we should continue to promote tourism development planning.
