Research On Harbin City Water Ecological Civilization City Construction System

The reform and opening up in the past forty years has made China 's economy develop better and faster,and the social economy has undergone qualitative changes,making China the world's second largest economy.At the same time of the rapid development of urban industry,a series of ecological and environmental problems have emerged.High energy consumption has become increasingly prominent with high pollution problems.Environmental and ecological problems have become the main factors restricting urban development.The government and people are increasingly aware of society.Development,the construction of an ecologically civilized city has become the only way.The most important task of urban ecological engineering construction is to build a water ecological civilization system,sustainable use of water resources,impro vement of water ecological environment,development of civilized cities,and awareness of public water ecological civilization,so as to ensure the sustainable economic and social development of the city.The construction of Harbin City's water ecological civilization city system is a major strategic measure to accelerate the harmony between people and water and promote a harmonious society.Based on the introduction of the basic theory and index system of water ecological construction,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and main problems in the construction of water ecological civilization in Harbin,and studies the construction of water ecological civilization in Harbin from various factors.System and construction initiatives.The research r esults show that the construction of Harbin water ecological civilization system not only protects urban drinking water sources,improves urban river pollution,but also solves the problem of large-scale grain production and water supply inconsistency.The diversity of urban aquatic life in Harbin can be enriched by the addition of urban waterfront landscapes.The improvement of the communication and cooperation and water resources management system of the relevant departments of the water ecological civilization needs to be realized through the implementation of a strict water civilization management system.Promote water ecological culture,popularize the awareness of water ecological civilization,build a water ecological civilization urban system,increa se the public's enthusiasm for participating in water ecological work,provide resource support and a good social environment to promote harmonious and healthy development of Harbin city,make it healthy and energy-saving,Environmental protection.The improvement of urban humanities and tastes,the enhancement of the city's comprehensive strength,the improvement of urban land prices,and the establishment of a good business environment can increase the water culture charm of Bingcheng and enable the construction of six aspects of economic,political,cultural,social and ecological civilization in Harbin.Harmonious development has made Harbin an international modern metropolis.Therefore,the research results of this thesis are of great significance to th e construction of Harbin water ecological civilization city and the better and faster development of Harbin's social economy.At the same time,this study takes Harbin City,the capital city,as an example,and its water ecological civilization city.The construction system has carried out research and provided rich experience for the construction of water civilization ecosystems in various cities in China.
