Paeonia lactiflora Pall.belong to Ranunculaceae.Pharmacological researches suggested P.lactiflora showed various bioactivities.It's widely use for the treatment of autoimmune diseases,hepatitis,nephritis and depression.The modern pharmacology research shows that Paeonia lactiflora has the functions of immune regulation,analgesia,liver preservation,kidney preservation and antidepress an t,paeoniflorin and other monoterpene glycosides are the main material basis of these biological activities.The chemical constituents of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.were studied by this thesis,aiming at elucidating the chemical ingredients in Paeonia lactiflora Pall.Provide datas support for the studies of the chemical constituents of Paeonia lactiflora.The contents of glycosides,flavonoids,sterols,sugar and tannin in different samples of Paeonia lactiflora were determined,and the method and basis for the quality control of Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae were provided.The content determination method of glucoside compounds,sterols,flavonoids,soluble sugar and tannin in Paeonia lactiflora is established by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and UV-visible spectrophotometry.A total of 15 samples of Paeonia lactiflora Pall were produced in Qiaocheng District,Bozhou,Anhui in June,July,August,September and Octobe.The contents of 10 compounds in three kinds of Paeonia lactiflora were determined.Respectively Ergosterol(1),sterol(2),beta glucosterol(3),paeoniflorin(4),paeonifloroside(5),benzoyl paeoniflorin(6),1,2,3,4,6-five-O-galloyl glucose(7),Danpi(8),catechin(9),gallic acid(10).The linear range of the three main components is paeoniflorin 20.4-102?g·ml-1,paeoniflorin 3.1-15.5ug·ml-1,benzoyl paeoniflorin 2.48-12.4?g·ml-1,and the correlation coefficient R2 is more than 0.999.The precision,repeatability,stability and recovery rate of the methods all meet the requirements,and are suitable for the glucosides,flavonoids and sterols in Paeonia lactiflora.Determination of the content of such chemical constituents.
