Research On The Design Of Barrier-free Packaging For Elderly Patients Under The Visual Communication Design

In recent years,China's aging has been higher than most developed countries such as the United States.Therefore,how to design the drug packaging to help the elderly to identify and understand,while maintaining the information of the drug,and taking care of the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly,has become a new topic of wisdom in the postgraduate design community.This article will focus on improving the safety and accessibility of medication for the elderly.It uses questionnaires and individual interviews to combine research methods,data analysis,summarizing the existing problems of drug packaging for the elderly,and proposes to solve this problem in a targeted manner.A new idea of a problem can theoretically address the barrier-free design of pharmaceutical packaging for elderly people with standing drugs and exclusive drugs.The main contents of this paper are divided into seven chapters: The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background,purpose,significance and ideas of this paper.The second part combs the basic connotation,characteristics and value of barrier-free pharmaceutical packaging.The third part is from questionnaire survey and In the individual interviews,the existing problems in the design of pharmaceutical packaging for the elderly in China were analyzed and refined.That is,the information of pharmaceutical packaging is not convenient for the identification of the elderly,the packaging of medicines does not meet the aesthetic taste of the elderly,and the packaging of medicines is not convenient for the elderly to take medicines.The fourth part provides a theoretical basis for the visual communication design of the elderly drug packaging according to the visual physiology characteristics,visual cognition characteristics,aesthetic taste and humanistic care in the barrier-free design of the elderly.The fifth part analyzes the excellent packaging design cases at home and abroad,and summarizes the rules and regulations that need to be followed to refine the barrier-free design of pharmaceutical packaging for the elderly.The sixth part deeply studies the basis and principle of the barrier-free visual communication design of the elderly drug packaging,and proposes a method for the barrier-free packaging of the elderly,such as the use of text symbols,graphic creativity,color design and layout design.The seventh part is the conclusion,summarizing the full text,and perfecting the theoretical system of barrier-free packaging for pharmaceutical packaging for the elderly in China.
