The research on urban non-point source(NPS)pollution control of china started more later than other developed countries,lacking the effectiveness evaluation method of engineering application for urban NPS pollution control.So we need to establish an evaluation system of urban NPS control which is suitable for the charateristics of our country.Based on the analysis of the domestic engineering case of NPS pollution,this paper constructs the evaluation system of urban NPS pollution control and LID project performance,also carries on the empirical study through the engineering case.The main contents of this paper are shown as follows:This paper first analysis the domestic and foreign mature technology of urban NPS pollution control,including the construction,advantages and disadvantages,applicable conditions,and finally determine the problems and sollutions of each technology.This dissertation conducts an evaluation study on urban NPS pollution control and LID engineering performance.Establish an evaluation system of urban NPS control index,and NPS pollution control engineering includes 18 evaluations indexes,LID engineering includes 20 evaluation indexes;This paper establishes an model used for engineering performance of urban NPS pollution.IT is the multi-criteria group decision model constructed by combining AHP with system clustering.Specifically,the weight of each indicator is first determined by the expert scoring.The second is to cluster the expert scoring results to eliminate the differences caused by subjective preferences in the process of expert scoring.This paper establishes the standards of evaluation.According to the nature of the evaluation indicators,they are divided into quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators.In this paper,the Beijing Future Science and Technology City non-point source pollution control project,the Shenzhen City Guangming New District low-impact development project,Beijing Yizhuang Kechuang 17th Street low-impact development project are used as examples,and the established evaluation method system is used to conduct an empirical study of project performance.The evaluation results show that the performance of the three projects is good and is in line with the actual project results.
