The research on urban non-point source(NPS)pollution control engineering of China started more later than other developed countries,lacking the effectiveness evaluation method of engineering application for urban NPS pollution control.So we need to establish an evaluation system of urban NPS control engineering which is suitable for the charateristics of our country.Based on the analysis of the domestic engineering case of NPS pollution,this thesis constructs the evaluation system of urban NPS pollution control project performance,also carries on the empirical research through the engineering case.The main contents of this paper are shown as follows:Firstly,the thesis selects typical sponge demonstration cities in China,Fengxi new city and Jiaxing city.The thesis conducts a detailed analysis of the application of the urban NPS pollution control projects in these two cities.Through the field visits,surveys by questionnaires,field monitoring,investigation,literature reviewing and other forms of access to get information on the urban NPS pollution control projects of the two demonstration cities.Secondly,based on the case analysis,the performance evaluation of urban NPS pollution control engineering is carried out,and the urban NPS pollution control engineering performance evaluation index system was established,including 5 criteria layers and 21 evaluation indicators(8 qualitative indicators,13 quantitative indicators).The urban NPS pollution control engineering performance evaluation model is constructed.The entropy weight method and TOPSIS method are combined to construct the entropy weight-TOPSIS model.Develop comprehensive evaluation criteria based on existing research results.Finally,the thesis takes the NPS pollution control project in the Fengxi and Jiaxing sponge as the case.The established evaluation method system is used to conduct empirical research on the engineering performance.The evaluation results show that the NPS pollution engineering performance of the two sponge demonstration area is medium to upper,which is consistent with the actual engineering results.The evaluation method is more objective and accurate,indicating that the demonstration project has a better effect.At the same time,it also points out the inadequacies of the demonstration project and needs to be improved.
