Lonicerae Japonicae Flos belonging to Caprifoliaceae plant-Lonicera japonica Thunb,is the dried bud or flowers with first blossoms,which is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with high medicinal value and wide clinical application.Lonicerae F is prone to discoloration,insects,and other deterioration during storage and maintenance,which has a great impact on the quality and therapeutic effect of TCM.Nowadays,it was not established that the scientific and reasonable packaging and storage technology of Lonicerae F.And most of TCM on the market only was used the simple methods such as light protection and sealing.In terms of packaging,it was only that ordinary plastic bags or sacks are selected..In this paper,according to the the characteristics of "easy insects and discoloration" in storage of Lonicerae F,we made the market research and chose the packaging materials contained green polyethylene 28 silk,medicinal low-density green polyethylene 15 silk,windowed kraft paper bag,plated Aluminum yin and yang aluminum foil bags and plastic bottles to design the experiments to select an appropriate packaging materials and storage and maintenance methods,which contained two storage conditions,accelerated stability conditions and long-term stability conditions.The experimental contents and results are as follows:1.Study on the storage method of Lonicerae F and determination the appropriate storage method.It was referred to the "Guidelines for the Study of Stability of Traditional Chinese Medicines and Natural Medicines",and the following two storage conditions were selected: accelerated stability test and long-term stability test.The indicators of appearance character,moisture,ash,acid-insoluble ash,heavy metals and harmful elements,chlorogenic acid and luteolin were measured.The experimental results are as follows:1.1 Appearance character detectionThe result showed that medicinal materials and crude slices were selected green polyethylene 28 filament packaging and packaging of aluminum-plated yinyang aluminum foil bag and PET plastic bottle,respectivity.1.2 Moisture detectionUnder the conditions of accelerated stability experiment and long-term stability experiment,the water content of Lonicerae F showed a gradually increasing trend.The water content of Lonicerae F packed in medicinal green polyethylene 28 wire stored under high temperature and high humidity conditions accorded with the Pharmacopoeia(12.0%).However,Lonicerae F packed with aluminum-plated foil bag,PET plastic bottle,medicinal low-density green polyethylene 15 wire,window-opening kraft paper bag were exceed the standard(12.0%).1.3 Total ash detectionThere was no significant reduction in the ash content of Lonicerae F.Overall,the ash content of each group during storage was within the scope of the Pharmacopoeia(not more than 10.0%).1.4 Acid-insoluble ash detectionThere was almost no change in the acid-insoluble ash content of Lonicerae F.Overall,the acid-insoluble ash content of each group during storage was within the scope of the Pharmacopoeia(not more than 3.0%).1.5 Heavy metal detectionAccording the "People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia"(2015 edition)for determination of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and copper by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,the result showed that these five heavy metals were not exceeded.1.6 Pesticide residues detectionAccording to the national food safety standard,the determination of pesticide residues in Lonicerae F and decoction pieces was determined by the method for determination of 50 pesticide residues in food.The test results were not exceeded.1.7 Sulfur dioxide detectionAccording the first method of acid-base titration in the three general principles 2331 of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2015 edition).It showed that the content of sulfur dioxide was qualified.1.8 Plasticizer detectionIt shall be determined according to GB5009.271-2016.The tedection result of the plasticizer.the detection result is slightly out of the standard.1.9 Content detectionThe content of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in the process of packaging and storage of Lonicerae F showed a gradual decline.Among them,the content of green polyethylene 28 wire,plastic bottle and aluminum-plated yinyang aluminum foil bag decreased slowly,and the packaging effect was the best.The content of medicinal low-density green polyethylene 15 silk and window-opened kraft paper bags is fast,which is not suitable for the packaging of Lonicerae F.
