The continuous acceleration of urban modernization makes the construction and development of urban traffic system unable to match it,so the problem of traffic congestion and traffic pollution becomes increasingly serious.Urban rail transit,as a public transport means with large traffic volume, low pollution and high service level,is generally regarded as an effective policy measure to optimize residents' travel structure, alleviate traffic congestion and reduce traffic pollution. However,at present, domestic and foreign scholars' studies on residents' travel behavior, ground traffic operation and energy conservation and emission reduction under the influence of urban rail transit are always independent and separated from each other.Due to the lack of analysis on the action mechanism of energy conservation and emission reduction based on the internal relationship of the three factors,it is not possible to establish a reasonable quantitative evaluation tool for the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction of urban rail transit. At the same time,it cannot reflect the time-space difference of energy conservation and emission reduction under the influence of passenger flow composition and distribution characteristics of rail transit,so it is difficult to define the scientific applicability conditions for different evaluation objectives and scope. In this context, this paper, based on multi-source big data such as AFC(Automatic Fare Collection system)of urban rail transit, comprehensively considers the multi-dimensional impact of urban rail transit on urban transport system to carry out quantitative evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction effect of urban rail transit and research on the spatial-temporal distribution characteristics.Firstly, based on the relevant research at home and abroad, this study summarizes and analyzes the multi-dimensional impact of urban rail transit on urban traffic system and its internal correlation, and determines that the change of ground traffic operation is the terminal effect result of the above influence. Therefore, this paper collects data of floating cars and RTMS(Remote Traffic situation Sensor)before and after the opening of the newly-built subway line, and analyzes the relationship between ground Traffic changes and emission measurement results under the influence of urban rail transit based on the Traffic emission model. At the same time,AFC card data are used to analyze the passenger flow distribution rules of urban rail transit, and the energy saving and emission reduction effects under its influence are judged to have corresponding spatial and temporal distribution characteristics based on this.Secondly, based on the action mechanism of energy saving and emission reduction of urban rail transit and its spatial and temporal distribution characteristics, the modeling requirements are proposed. The classical four-stage method is taken as the design idea, this study completely constructed a traffic demand prediction model considering the influence of passenger flow distribution characteristics of urban rail transit.Based on the study of passenger flow composition of urban rail transit and its impact on residents' travel behavior, the model is improved and optimized in four stages, namely, traffic generation and attraction, traffic distribution, traffic mode division and traffic flow distribution. Finally,a traffic demand prediction model that can reflect the ground traffic operation under different urban rail transit Settings is formed to serve as the core technical support for the evaluation model of energy conservation and emission reduction of urban rail transit.Thirdly, the emission model based on VSP were adopted to couple with the traffic demand prediction model.Based on the assumption that existing rail transit passengers will be returned to different ground vehicles to complete their journeys when there is no rail transit, the emission reduction effect of ground traffic under the influence of urban rail transit is analyzed. At the same time, considering the relationship between the energy consumption and carbon emission conversion in the operation of urban rail transit,an evaluation model for energy conservation and emission reduction of urban rail transit is established, which is suitable for different scenarios of urban rail transit. Finally, this study selected six district of Beijing city for the model application case, take the RP(Revealed Preference)and SP(Stated Preference)survey combination way to use case model parameter calibration, with carbon dioxide(CO2),nitrogen oxide(NOX),carbon monoxide(CO)and hydrocarbons(HC)and particulate matter(PM)with five kinds of pollutants emission as an index, analysis of energy conservation and emissions reduction effect of the regional urban rail transit network and its temporal and spatial distribution characteristics.Taking the CO2 emission reduction effect during the morning peak period as an example, the CO2 emission reduction rate of ground transportation is 1154t,and the emission reduction rate is 35%;the CO2 emission of rail transit operation is 646t,so the final CO2 emission reduction rate is 508t,and the emission reduction rate is 13%.This study considers the urban rail transit on urban transportation system of multidimensional impact, analysis of urban rail transit are summarized the mechanism of the energy conservation and emissions reduction, and on the basis of urban rail transit passenger flow distribution reflect its time and space distribution characteristics of energy conservation and emissions reduction effect, based on the established is suitable for different assessment target and scope of time and space of urban rail transit quantitative assessment model for energy conservation and emissions reduction,is aimed at energy conservation and emissions reduction of urban rail transit policy provided the scientific basis, contributes to the realization of urban rail transit passenger flow based on the environmental consideration the elaborating management and control.
