Research On Satisfaction Of Rural Environmental Management Based On The Background Of Ecological Civilization Construction

Ecological civilization is a new stage of human civilization since industrial civilization.The model of extensive economic growth at the expense of resources and environment in the era of industrial civilization is no longer sustainable.It has become an inevitable choice for social development to establish the ecological civilization concept of respecting,conforming to and protecting nature.In the process of China's urbanization,environmental public services are generally inclined to urban supply for a long time,while the supply of rural environmental public services lags behind for a long time.In recent years,the party and government have continued to increase policy support for agriculture and rural areas,and put forward the strategy of rural revitalization to fight poverty alleviation and pollution prevention and control,and ensure the completion of the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects as scheduled.Rural environmental governance is an important part of China's ecological civilization construction,and satisfaction is the most intuitive reflection and final embodiment of the effect of rural environmental governance policies.The theme of this paper is the research on rural environmental governance satisfaction based on the background of ecological civilization construction,taking Yetan Town of Dongyuan County for example.Through literature analysis,case analysis,statistical analysis.,field investigation and questionnaire survey,the satisfaction degree of rural environmental governance in yetan town was investigated.SPSS of tware package was used to sort out the survey data,and the stepwise multiple regression analysis method was used for the linear regression analysis.Results indicate that the"village of roadway,and ditch pond behind the house stream clear case",the effect of"cleaning","rural greening and ecological construction policy propaganda","mining complex green case","garbage collection points,collect pool construction or the perfect degree of the trash can equipped with","clean:ing system and the cleaning team to establish" and "high school(secondary)" seven independent variables had a significant effect on overall satisfaction,according to the regression equation to forecast for the rural environment management satisfaction.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve and strengthen rural environmental governance and enhance public satisfaction:First,improve the long-term cleaning mechanism of rural environmental health.To strengthen the comprehensive improvement of rural living environment;To continue to pay close attention to the long-term implementation of rural cleaning work;Constantly optimize the rural cleaning system,team and evaluation supervision.Second,we will intensify efiforts to publicize and build rural afforestation and rural ecological environment.We will continue to strengthen publicity and education of policies on rural greening and ecological construction.More measures should be taken to rehabilitate abandoned mines and restore their ecological environment.Third,we will increase investment in rural ecological infrastructure.Fourth,deepen the reform of the environmental governance system and operating mechanism.
