As the global population and economic scale continue to grow, the environmental problems caused by energy use are getting worse and worse.Developing the low-carbon economy has become the theme of a new era.In the Paris Agreement,China proposed an autonomous action target of 60%to 65%reduction in CO2 emissions per unit of GDP by2030 compared to 2005.Unlike developed countries,China's carbon emission mainly comes from the production sectors rather than the consumption sectors. The industrial sectors, which are the main source of carbon emissions, are responsible for achieving a series of carbon reduction targets. To this end,a comprehensive analysis of the total carbon footprint and flow direction of China's industrial sectors and the status of various industrial sectors in the entire industrial network has important practical significance for the scientific formulation and implementation of carbon emission reduction work in the industrial sectors.Based on the carbon conduction relationships between industrial sectors, this thesis studies the carbon emissions and interrelated relationships among industrial sectors by using input-output analysis and complex network theory.Firstly,we consider the carbon production and consumption perspectives together and set the concept of the industrial total carbon footprint. In this condition we create a balanced economic input output life cycle assessment of industrial total carbon footprint model by correcting the direct consumption coefficient.According to the data in the input-output tables and statistical yearbooks of each year, the total carbon footprint of 27 industrial sectors in China are calculated from 1987 to 2017,and the total carbon footprint of the industries, the energy structure and the carbon intensity of each industry, combined with carbon influence coefficient and carbon sensitivity coefficient are further calculated.Secondly,we use the Weaver-Thomas index to extract the inter-industry carbon-strong correlation. On this accasion,we build an industrial total carbon footprint network and propose an evaluation framework. Finally,we analyze from the three levels of the network as a whole, network nodes and network communities, use relevant indicators to determine the status of various industrial sectors in the overall network, and identify the key industries and important communities for carbon emission reduction in order to provide synergistic emission reduction suggestions for the industrial sectors.
