Shandong province always plays an important role in national macroeconomic regulation and control because of its special geographical location: the east of Shandong faces the ocean,including Qingdao port,Yantai port and Rizhao port.At the same time,its northeast is the huge granary,so Shandong province often accepts the temporary storage tasks of Heilongjiang trans-provincial soybeans and the tasks of import soybeans.Because there are many differences of climate and warehouse between local and soybean main production areas,there is a gap in storage management.In addition,some China Sinograin's entrust sites extend the grain storage time beyond its rotation cycle in order to obtain more national food subsidies in the delivery process of grain which causes a serious threat to the safe storage of grain such as soybeans.This paper is based on the above situation,observe the whole process of grain storage,and analysis under the convention storage conditions,how local and import soybeans were influenced by those conditions: the warehouse condition,the original moisture content and the impurities content.This paper provides a data foundation and help for the overdue storage of policy grain.The research results are as follows:(1)During storage in Shandong,the moisture of Heilongjiang soybeans declined in a wave manner with an average decrease of 0.8%;the average moisture of US soybeans decreased by 0.1% with little change.The impurities of Heilongjiang soybeans decreased by an average of 0.1% with little change;the impurities of US soybeans showed a gradual upward trend,with an average increase of 1.2%.The heat damage of Heilongjiang soybeans was stable in the first two years,with an average increase of 0.2%.The increase in the next two years was accelerated,with an average increase of 0.6%.The heat damage of soybeans in the United States changed little with an average increase of 0.1%.All of the damage grain rate increased while the damage rate of Heilongjiang soybeans increased by 1.2% on average and the US soybeans damage rate increased by 0.2% on average.The increase of Heilongjiang soybeans was greater than that of US soybeans.The whole grain rate decreased while the complete grain rate of Heilongjiang soybeans decreased by 4.5% on average and the complete grain rate of the US soybeans decreased by 9.4% on average.The decline in Heilongjiang soybeans was smaller than that of US soybeans.The crude protein content of Heilongjiang soybeans and American soybeans decreased by 0.6% and 0.3%,and the crude fat content decreased by 0.5% and 0.7%,respectively.The protein dissolution ratio and acid value variedgreatly during the storage process of Heilongjiang soybeans and US soybeans.The protein solubility ratio of US soybeans decreased by 3.8% and acid value increased by 0.7%,while the protein solubility ratio of Heilongjiang soybeans decreased by 10.6% and the acid value increased by 1.1%.As it is shown,the change of Heilongjiang soybeans is greater than that of US soybeans.(2)The moisture and protein dissolution ratios of Heilongjiang soybeans stored in the modified Su-barn,flat warehouse and tall warehouses showed a downward trend after storage for four years.The damage grain rate,thermal damage grain rate and acid value all showed an upward trend.The impact of warehouse type on its change is that the modified “Su-style warehouse” is larger than the flat warehouse than the tall warehouse.The complete grain rates of Heilongjiang soybeans are all reduced.The modified “Su-style warehouse” has the most obvious performance with reduction of 12.2%.The change range of flat warehouse and the tall bungalow was 6.0% and 5.8% respectively.The crude protein content and crude fat content did not change significantly during the storage of three warehouse types: the crude protein content decreased by 0.3% to 0.5% and the crude fat content decreased by 0.5% to0.6%.The effects of grain size,heat damage grain rate,crude protein content and crude fat content of American soybeans were not obvious in flat warehouses,tall warehouses and shallow round silos;the effects on the change of intact grain ratio were shallow round silos larger than flat warehouses.It is larger than the large flat warehouse;the effect of the decrease rate of the protein dissolution ratio and the increase of the acid value is that the flat warehouse is larger than the tall flat warehouse than the shallow round warehouse.(3)The crude protein content and crude fat content of Heilongjiang soybeans and American soybeans with different moisture and impurity contents in the warehouse show little change;higher moisture and impurity content of soybeans lead to greater changes of the protein dissolution ratio and acid value during storage process.By the way,the effects of moisture and impurity content on protein dissolution ratio and acid value of Heilongjiang soybeans are more obvious than that of US soybeans.
