The sensor array analysis method has the advantages of high accuracy,diversity of sensing unit selection and good recognition ability in distinguishing and identifying compounds of similar structures or properties.Fluorescent carbon quantum dots have attracted great attention because of their surface functional groups designability and have good photoluminescence.Make the full use of these advantages,fluorescent carbon quantum dots were used to construct sensor arrays for multi-channel sensing.In this paper,two different types of carbon quantum dots-based sensor arrays were designed to identify and detect amine compounds and imidazoles.The experiment conducted in-depth exploration of the performance of the two sensors The main work is as follows:?1?Carbon quantum dots were synthesized by hydrothermal method using cyanuric acid as carbon source.Based on the excitation wavelength dependence of carbon quantum dots,carbon quantum dots excited by three different wavelengths were selected as three sensing units to construct the sensor array.The sensor array accomplish accurate discrimination and detection of ten amine compounds,as well as classification of similar structure by hierarchical cluster analysis.The practicality and stability of the sensor array were tested by interference experiment and blind selection experiment.?2?A sensor array of indirect response mode was constructed according to the indicator displacement method.Three carbon quantum dots were synthesized by hydrothermal method and microwave method with citric acid and ethylenediamine,glucose,PEG-200 and o-phenylenediamine as carbon sources,respectively.The fluorescence of the three carbon quantum dot solutions was quenched after the addition of Zn2+which was introduced as a medium.However,the fluorescence was restored when the imidazole was added which caused the Zn2+removed from the carbon quantum dots.The sensor array was constructed using carbon quantum dots with"on-off-on"sensing mode,thereby enabling the detection and identification of sixteen imidazole drugs.
