The steel industry is one of the basic industries in all industrialized countries in the world.It supports the rapid development of China's economy.Steel is the most used metal material for human beings and is widely used in various fields of social production and life.Since the beginning of the founding of the country,China has attached great importance to the construction of the steel industry.Since the 1990s,the pace of modernization of China's steel industry has begun to accelerate,and it has quickly settled down as a major steel producer.With the continuous growth of steel production,the competition in the steel trade market has become a hot state,and in order to break through in the fierce competition,find a place in the steel trade market,and also earn more profits,all enterprises must implement modern marketing strategies to break the predicament and break through the bottleneck of development.This paper reviews and learns the existing literature and materials.Based on the business status and internal data of Guangxi GJX Company,this paper conducts a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the marketing environment faced by the company,and summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the company.In order to solve the marketing difficulties encountered by Guangxi GJX Company,this paper has formulated a feasible marketing strategy in a targeted manner,and also proposed corresponding safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of marketing strategy.This paper uses PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to analyze the internal and external environment of Guangxi GJX Company,and uses STP theory to help the company determine the target market.Develop the marketing strategy of Guangxi GJX Company by using the marketing theory of 4Ps.This paper combines and applies its own practical experience with the expertise of marketing management,and takes Guangxi GJX as an example to carry out research on corporate marketing strategies,sort out the current situation of the enterprise in the current environment,and solve the practical problems of the enterprise.This paper also provides a reference for the marketing work of other small and medium-sized steel trade companies.
