After a period of rapid development,China's steel industry has now entered a stage of overcapacity,meanwhile,after decades of war in Iraq,the steel industry has basically come to a standstill.At present,in the context of the gradual stability of Iraq's political situation,its reconstruction work has also been initiated,and the demand for steel has rapidly increased.After the supply-side reform,China is also actively promoting One Belt And One Road policy,hoping to transfer the excess production capacity overseas,which provides a huge market opportunity for the overseas marketing of Chinese steel enterprises in Iraq.JW company,as a large state-owned steel trading enterprise,decided to respond to the call of "One Belt And One Road" and plan to sell steel products in Iraq,considering the increasing pressure of domestic competition.This paper takes the overseas marketing strategy of JW company in Iraq as the research subject.Firstly,it expounds the relevant marketing theories,providing a theoretical basis for the overseas marketing of JW company in Iraq.Secondly,the paper analyzes the marketing environment of steel products of JW company from inside and outside.On this basis,the author puts forward the 6P strategy for the development of JW company in Iraq.Then,according to the shortcomings of the marketing strategy,this paper puts forward the Iraqi overseas warehouse project of JW company,analyzes its characteristics,fully interprets the marketing environment of the overseas warehouse,and determines the implementation policy of the overseas warehouse project.Then,put forward the measures to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Finally,it is the summary,shortage and prospect of this paper.Through the analysis of the combination of theory and practice,this study has carried out detailed and sufficient research on the marketing strategy of Chinese steel products in Iraq.Through the research in this study,it is of great significance to improve the competitive advantage of JW company in the Iraqi market,expand the market share of enterprises,and formulate detailed marketing plans.At the same time,it has certain reference value for other Chinese enterprises entering overseas markets.
