In recent years,with the Strategy of Great West Development and the establishme nt of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,Qinzhou coastal zone economy,which is located at the core of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,has developed rapidly.As being the core location of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,Qinzhou's marine economy has developed rapidly.The entry of PetroChina,CSIC,the Coal-Fired Power Plant of SDIC,the megaton ports construction,Binhai City construction,China-Malaysia Industrial Park(Qinzhou),and the China(Beibu Gulf)Pilot Free Trade Zone have brought a series of environmental problems,such as conflicts between man and earth,seriously affecting the sustainable development of the region's economy,society and environment.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the study about land use changes and ecological environme nt assessment,in order to provide decision support for exploring reasonable and effic ie nt land use methods and promoting green development.Located at the land-sea junction,the coastal area is of great importance to our social and economic development because it is an ecological transitional zone,a resource-rich region and a cluster area for human activities.In this paper,the coastal land area within 20 km from the legal coastline to both sides of Qinzhou in 2008 is taken as the study area.Based on multi-temporal remote sensing data,topography,meteorology,soil data,and maps,socio-economic statistical data and other relevant data,using GIS-RS integrat io n technology as the main means,this paper studies the land use and cover pattern changes in study area from 1990 to 2015 by three LUCC models,and explores ecosystem services value(ESV)by The Equivalent Factor method,in there,three modified parameters and GIS spatial analysis were used.Finally,the response relationship between ESV and LUCC is discussed from the principle-response factor-response result.The main results are as follows:(1)Qinzhou coastal have characteristics with total area continue d expanded,with frequent land use changes,with increasing utilization intensity from 1990 to 2015.The main land use types are forest land and cultivated land.The main land conversion characteristics are the mutual conversion of forest land and cultivated land and the conversion of natural land types to construction land.(2)The ecological condition of the study area is good as a whole,with obvious differences in ESV grades and strong spatial positive correlation.The distribution is in a state of spatial aggregation and the high-value aggregation is more significant than the low-value aggregation.(3)Forest land,water area and cultivated land are the main providers of ecosystem services,and the changes of the three types have great impact on ecosystem services.Forest land and grassland play a positive role in ecosystem services,while cultivated land and construction land play a negative role in ecosystem services.
