Study On The Coupling And Coordination Relationship Between Grassland Eco-environment And Livestock Husbandry Economy In Inner Mongolia

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of "overall management of landscape,forestry,fields,lakes and grasslands",and grassland development entered a new era.With the increasing investment in grassland ecological protection in China,the situation of grassland ecological deterioration has been effectively curbed.However,due to the influence of natural,historical and human activities,the grassland ecological protection in China owes more debts,the grassland ecological situation is still grim,and the contradiction between grassland and livestock still exists.Animal husbandry as an indivisible basic industry with grassland resources,only with a good grassland ecosystem,can we better develop animal husbandry.Based on the coupling relationship between grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy,the research on the level of coordinated development between grassland ecological environment and animal husbandry economy can effectively evaluate the balanced development situation of grassland and animal husbandry.The comprehensive evaluation and analysis of grassland ecological environment system and animal husbandry economic system in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2000 to 2017 were carried out,and a coupling coordination degree model was established to analyze the coordination relationship between the two systems.The results showed that the grassland ecological environment and the development level of animal husbandry economy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region showed an increasing trend from 2000 to 2017,but the former had a slow growth rate and obvious fluctuation;the two systems gradually developed from imbalance to intermediate coordination or good coordination in recent years,which indicated that there was a positive coupling relationship between the two systems and animal husbandry;In addition,compared with the development of animal husbandry economy,the development level of grassland ecological environment is slightly lagging behind.Therefore,in the future,the state should continue to implement and improve the relevant policies of grassland ecological environment protection,and raise the level of their coupling development to a higher level.
