Research On The Coupling And Coordination Degree Of Population, Economy And Environment In The Yangtze River Economic Zone

Regional coordinated development strategy is one of China's major national strategies.The Yangtze river economic belt covers a vast territory,runs through the east and west,and covers three state-level city clusters.It has a unique and irreplaceable strategic position in the regional coordinated development pattern.In recent years,the development of the Yangtze river economic belt has made positive progress,population growth smoothly,significantly improve the quality of the population,economic strength obviously enhanced,and gradually optimize the industrial structure and employment structure more reasonable,the comprehensive strength of the Yangtze river economic belt and in the aspects of economic and social support to enhance unceasingly,but at the same time,the development of the Yangtze river economic belt is still faced with the ecological environment is still bad,uneven regional development,regional coordination mechanism is not sound,the industrial transformation and upgrading of the difficult and the shortage of integration development challenges.This paper firstly combed the domestic and foreign about the document of population,economy and environment coordinated development and review,build the theory of coordinated development of population,economic and environmental framework,analyzes the current situation of the development of the Yangtze river economic belt of the population,economy and environment,according to the actual situation of the Yangtze river economic belt,the establishment of a population,economic and environmental evaluation index system,and based on the entropy value method,the coupling coordination degree model,ESDA method and technology,this paper reveals the coupling and coordination types of population,economy and environment in 116 regions of the Yangtze river economic belt from 2006 to 2016,the restriction factors of coupling and coordinated development,and the spatio-temporal differentiation rules and characteristics of coupling and coordinated development,and puts forward specific Suggestions,aiming at facilitating the development of the Yangtze river economic belt to a high-quality stage.The findings of this paper are as follows.first,the coupling and coordination level of population,economy and environment in the Yangtze river economic belt generally presents an upward trend,the change trend of the eastern,central and western regions of the Yangtze river economic belt is basically consistent with that of the Yangtze river economic belt,the coupling and coordinated development presents a trend of steady development and good progress.Second,the level of coupling coordination in 116 regions of the Yangtze river economic belt can be divided into seven types from moderate imbalance to good coordination,but the main coordination types are still close to imbalance and slight imbalance,and there is still a large room for improvement in the level of coupling coordination.Third,population,economy,environment along the Yangtze river economic belt has the very big improvement,but because of the economic development and environmental development relative lag,thus became the coordinated development of the Yangtze river economic belt coupling of the main factors,in the future should focus on grasping the relationship between economic development and ecological environment protection,out of a green development path,at the same time,in terms of the population still need to continue to explore efficient way of improving the quality of education,strive to realize the coordinated development of the Yangtze river economic belt of population,economy and environment.Fourth,the Yangtze river economic belt of eastern,central and western regions coupling coordination condition revealed a balanced development trend,but the coupling coordination level of stratification,agglomeration phenomenon,polarization phenomenon is outstanding,should strengthen the regional cooperation,play a role of central city of the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration's lead,takes the lead in promoting the development of Yangtze river delta integration,supported by urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river and chengdu-chongqing urban agglomeration,give play to the role of the central node of the city,should adjust measures to local conditions,by stages to promote the integration of the Yangtze river economic belt,in order to realize the whole Yangtze river economic belt to the balanced development of the high quality.
