The dielectric constant and magnetic permeability of a material reflect its electromagnetic properties.Common methods for measuring the dielectric constant and magnetic permeability of materials can be roughly classified into two types:resonant cavity method and network parameter method.With the development of vector network analyzer technology,the network parameter method has been popularized for measuring the dielectric constant and magnetic permeability of materials.The network parameter method uses a vector network analyzer to measure the S-parameters of the material samples,and then the material's dielectric constant and magnetic permeability are obtained from the S-parameters of the material.However,the S-parameter measurement process is often accompanied by the fixture effect,and how to eliminate the embedding error introduced by the fixture effect has prominent research significance and application value.For the actual coaxial test fixture DR-S02 shielding effectiveness meter,the embedded error elimination method of the fixture is studied.The specific research contents are listed as follows:(1)The mathematical model is established by the signal flow graph method.The error elimination method is embedded in the analysis of the mathematical model,and the calibration sample is designed to obtain 12 equations.Then the S parameters of the left and right fixtures are analyzed to realize the theoretical embedding error elimination.(2)The HFSS software is used to simulate the physical model of the fixture,and the simulation values of the fixture S parameters are obtained.At the same time,the 12 embedded error elimination equations of the model are obtained by simulation,and the simulated calculation values of the fixture are calculated.The results show the calculated values and The physical simulation value is basically consistent within 100MHz-1.2GHz,and the maximum error is less than 2dB.(3)Using the proposed embedded error elimination method,the actual calibration test of the coaxial test fixture DR-S02 is carried out,and the S parameters of the left and right fixtures of the DR-S02 shielding effectiveness meter are obtained.The test of the electromagnetic parameters of the PTFE material sample is carried out.The theoretical method is verified by experiments,which is correct and feasible.
