Research On The Participation Of Non-governmental Environmental Protection Organizations In The Construction Of Ecological Civilization

Because of the rapid economic development in recent years,the local ecological environment is facing a great threat.How to effectively control the cost of ecological governance and maximize the efficiency of ecological governance is an important topic discussed by all walks of life.At present,non-governmental environmental protection organizations have begun to become an important part of the construction of ecological civilization by constantly improving their own operation mode,innovating ways of ecological participation and improving the efficiency of participation.They have begun to penetrate into all aspects of social environmental governance.This paper attempts to explore the current situation of non-governmental environmental protection organizations participating in the construction of ecological civilization by analyzing the construction of volunteer groups,the provision of public participation platform,the promotion of environmental public interest litigation and the construction of interactive and cooperative relationship with the government.Through case analysis,the paper explores some characteristic and effective participation systems of ecological civilization,professional solutions to ecological problems and highly strategic organization and management methods of Friends of Nature.It also draws some problems existing in the participation of non-governmental environmental protection organizations in the construction of ecological civilization in China,such as lack of normative organization,lack of funds and talents,and limited participation in government ecological decision-making,etc.The reasons for the problems are analyzed from the internal and external environment of the organization.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as standardizing the organization construction,constructing the mechanism of ecological culture dissemination,perfecting the public interest litigation system,improving the relationship with the main body of ecological governance,namely the government,promoting the democratization of environmental protection decision-making and innovating the way of income.These participatory opinions and experiences are worth learning from other environmental protection social organizations.At the same time,they can also provide some useful information for the government to formulate policies concerning the participation of social organizations in governance.In the future,the cooperative governance of multi-subjects will be a particularly effective way of ecological construction.
