| As a branch of knitting industry in our country,warp knitting developed later than weft knitting and weaving,but its products quickly occupied the market due to their diversity of patterns and flexibility of fabric structure.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of scale and rapid development,warp knitting has been widely used in clothing,decoration and functional fabrics,especially few guide bar warp knitted fabrics,which design method was simple and the patterns effect was abundant,which can meet the requirements of most warp knitted products.Therefore,the demand for few guide bar warp knitted fabrics is increasing day by day.Improving the production efficiency,product quality and reducing production cost of few guide bar fabrics have become the pursuit goal of the textile industry.Although traditional warp knitting CAD software can help designers design warp knitted fabrics quickly,with the advent of the Internet era,the development of stand-alone version of CAD software has been hindered,the advantages of free installation,zero maintenance,abundant resources and accessibility of Internet system make more and more industries begin to study Internet technology.,and textile industry is not willing to lag behind.This paper combined Internet technology and warp knitting technology to realize the design and simulation of few guide bar warp knitted fabric based on web.The practical value and reference value of CAD software were improved.In this paper,the structural characteristics and the representation of fabric organization of few guide bar warp knitted fabrics were studied.The mathematical model of lapping organization was established according to the lapping principle of few guide bar fabrics,The mathematical model of threading was established according to the rule of threading.The mathematical model of organization coverage and basic organization definition of jacquard patternnotation were established according to the design principle and process of few guide bar jacquard warp knitted fabrics.Then,the interactive model of dynamic functions,such as lapping design and jacquard drawing,were constructed by adding mouse events to the canvas element of HTML5.Finally,according to the calculation principle of warp knitting process,the theoretical algorithm model of process parameters was established.Considering the factors affecting the warp runin,runin estimate model was established based on the products database,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of few guide bar warp knitted fabrics and improves the intelligence of the design.The three-dimensional simulation function of few guide bar warp knitted fabric was realized by WebGL technology in this paper,the common types of loops of guide bar warp knitted fabrics were judged and classified,and the spatial structure characteristics of looping and weft insertion loops were studied in depth.Based on the previous loop model,the three-dimensional loop model of looping and weft insertion loops two types of loops were established.In order to further reflect the real state of the loop,a simple force model of the loop was introduced based on the three-dimensional model.The force analysis of the place of intermeshing of the upper and lower loops were carried out to make the loop tilt or offset,which was closer to the actual fabric.Finally,the open source library Three.js of WebGL and TubeGeometry advanced geometry in the library were uesd,three-dimensional pipeline was created according to three-dimensional coordinate points to complete the drawing and scene rendering of three-dimensional simulation,and light was introduced to deepen the stereo sense,while the mouse interaction functions were realized to view the details of simulation image from multiple perspectives,further highlighting the loop intermesh relationship and enhancing the reality and reference value of simulation image.Finally,according to the design process of few guide bar warp knitted fabrics,the overall structure of the system was designed,including basic functional modules,auxiliary functional modules which make the design more convenient and database modules,B/S architecture was used,the client side and the server side were programmed in Javascript and C# respectively.Various dynamic functions,graphics display and mouse interaction functions were realized by canvas elements in the client side.Resources providing,data processing and database connection and access were realized in the server side,including database storage,editing and other operations,as well as permission settings.Web interaction technology,database technology and WebGL technology were used in design and simulation of few guide bar warp knitted fabrics based on web which made the design more intelligent and fast,and the practicability and reference value of the system were warp improved,which also laid a foundation for the development of warp knitting technology to the Internet,and provided ideas for the development of Internet warp knitting CAD. |
