Study On The Restraining Factors And Countermeasures Of Anji Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment

With the development of economy,the emission of sewage in rural areas is increasing.It is estimated that China's rural sewage emissions will reach 27 billion tons by 2020.Since most of the current rural sewage rate is low,most of the domestic sewage drained off,sewage directly into rivers,or sewage discharge outdoor space as its seep into the ground,a few after simple septic tank treatment seep into the ground,serious water pollution.So,the current rural domestic sewage has become one of the main sources of water pollution in rural areas,lead to rural environment worsening,the environment quality decreased obviously,direct threat to the survival of the broad masses of peasants,restricted the healthy development of rural economy.This paper introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of rural domestic sewage,and analyzes the research contents and research methods of this paper.Taking Anji County of Zhejiang Province as an example,the source of domestic sewage,the amount of sewage changing with season and the living habits of farmers in Daxi Village of Anji County were investigated by questionnaire survey to understand the characteristics of rural domestic sewage.Washing vegetables(pots and dishes),washing clothes and washing gargle are the three main sources of domestic sewage produced by ordinary farmers.The discharge of rural domestic sewage is generally concentrated in a period of time.The discharge of sewage at night is small,and the discharge of the whole sewage presents a distinct discontinuity.This paper analyzes the current restrictive factors of rural domestic sewage treatment in Anji County.Anji rural domestic sewage treatment work started early,after these years of continuous improvement,and has made certain achievements.As a result of the diversification of treatment methods and sewage treatment technology,the rapid development of sewage treatment has gradually exposed the problems of rural residents,such as difficult to change their ideas,unqualified construction quality,difficult implementation of funds and disordered operation and management.Through analyzing the experiences and lessons of rural domestic sewage treatment in the United States and Japan,this paper studies the restrictive factors of rural domestic sewage treatment in Anji County.This paper puts forward several corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: 1.Strengthen the publicity of rural domestic sewage treatment awareness,and enhance rural residents actively participate in the enthusiasm of sewage treatment;2.Increase technological innovation,according to local conditions?specific location of rural areas,dare to innovate,reasonable choice of treatment process.3,ensuring the quality of the project is qualified,which is the premise to ensure that the sewage treatment facilities can be put into operation normally.4.Establish a diversified fund guarantee system,broaden the sources of funds for rural domestic sewage treatment,and establish a sound long-term fund guarantee system for rural domestic sewage treatment.5.Establish a long-term operation mechanism and firmly establish a five-in-one long-term operation and maintenance mode for rural domestic sewage treatment.
