In recent decades,gold has been widely used in communication,electronics,aviation,medicine and other fields.It has increasingly shown that it plays an important role in the national economy.The research of experts and scholars in improving gold production has not stopped.With the progress of science and technology,accurate geological exploration,the introduction of high-level equipment and the continuous improvement of mining and dressing methods have become the main measures to increase gold production.Management improvements also need to be valued as well as technical improvements.Six Sigma management is customer satisfaction as the center,data as the driving force,through continuous quality improvement to maximize enterprise benefits.Lean Production pays attention to the production process of the enterprise,focuses on reducing waste,simplifying the process and establishing efficient operation system.Lean Six Sigma management,which combines the two organically,provides a new management culture and idea for management problems in various industries.This paper uses Six Sigma management method and Lean Production tools to improve the grade and yield of gold concentrate to achieve the purpose of increasing gold yield.From the point of improving recovery rate,reducing loss rate and reducing dilution rate,this paper concludes the factors that affect ore Three Rates' in the process of underground geological survey,mining,lifting and transportation,and washing.Improve and control 'Three Rates' in management and technology ways by studying the measures of improving 'Three Rates'?First,this paper introduces the research background of enterprises,the current research situation and the development history of Quality Management.Explain the reason why using Six Sigma Method in this paper.Second,with the introduction of XC process flow and the basic concepts,analyze customer needs then determine the key output variable of quality improvement.Analyze the necessity and feasibility of improving "Three Rates" to formulate their improvement objectives.Offer the suggestions for team building and planning.Then do measurement system analysis and process capability analysis to check on data source.Third,determine the influencing factors of 'Three Rates' using flow charts,fish bone map,causality matrix analysis and FMEA and take measures to the factors such as standardized operation,TPM,OPL activity and personal skill development,etc.Improve the recovery rate by data analysis,modeling and experimental design.In the end,to ensure the implementation of the measures above through determining key production process and control point,arranging control plan.Then evaluate the improvement effect.
