Waste fly Ash(Municipal Solid Waste Ash,MSWA)is kind of Solid Waste collected in the chimney when dealing with Waste combustion.The Chemical composition of fly ash is SiO2,Al2O3-metal oxide system,the same as code fiy ash.Nanometer montmorillonite is a cheap and accessible material,with a large specific surface area and has hydrophilicity.A lot of nanometer materials modified fly ash research shows that proper nanometer materials can significantly improve the material performance of cement concrete.The purpose of this paper is to use the research of nano montmorillonite modified waste fly ash,a preliminary probe into its mechanical properties and microstructure.And the comprehensive evaluation model is established on the basis of the experimental data,and specific research is as follows:Through orthogonal experiment and analysis,the best proportion of raw materials for: nano montmorillonite/cement(+)fly ash cement mass ratio is 2%.Fly ash/cement)mass ratio,mass ratio is 0%;Silica fume/cement(+)fly ash cement mass ratio is 12%;Naoh/fly ash mass ratio is 4%.Orthogonal test of four factors influence on the resultiss of the compressive strength in the order from large to small is: quality of fly ash/(cement)than > nano montmorillonite/cement(+)fly ash cement quality than > silica fume/cement(+)fly ash cement mass than > sodium hydroxide/fly ash ratio.In this paper,according to the requirements of different practical engineering such as economy,environmental protection,ecological factors involved in the global scale,comprehensive evaluation model is set up on the basis of laboratory data.Ahp evaluation model can only set the quantitative analysis of the factors,can according to the preference intuitive quantitative results are obtained.In the experiment,for example,on the basis of experimental data,to join the index of ecological value,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)model is established.When the rule layer of compressive strength,flexural strength,ecological value of weight W = {0.4,0.2,0.4},it is concluded that the optimal proportion for: nano montmorillonite/(+)fly ash cement mass ratio is 2%;Quality of fly ash/cement)ratio is 20%;Silica fume/(+)fly ash cement quality ratio is 8%;Sodium hydroxide/fly ash quality ratio is 2%.The experimental group USES 20% of the waste fly ash to replace cement,the compressive strength of 17.60 MPa,can not only satisfy the basic mechanics performance and has good economic and environmental benefits.By further for the research of nano montmorillonite modified fly ash garbage found: in waste fly ash content in the process of gradually increase the compressive strength of corresponding presents a trend of increase after decreases first.This may be because of the dilatability of nano montmorillonite makes it in its own absorb water and there is a balance between the hydration effect.When nanometer montmorillonite content value 2%,the compressive strength is the largest.And nanometer montmorillonite have found that as the only variable contains nano montmorillonite in experimental group than does not contain nano montmorillonite in 7 days and 28 days compressive strength are increased obviously,the former respectively 1.98 times and 2.46 times of that for the latter.This is because the filling effect of nano montmorillonite material and hydrophilic play a role.
