In recent years, with the rapid economic development and urbanization process accelerated of China, The standard of living for urban residents has undergone tremendous change, as reflected in the MSW is :the components of Organic waste increased significantly. and the majority of organic garbage is food waste.on the other hand, in the wake of the restaurant industry's rapid rise, the greater the output of food wastes. And food waste have features of high-moisture content and high-organic matter content, high-fat content, high-salt content and nutrient rich which make its occupied a very important position in the treatment of MSW, attracting more and more attention of people.Now Domestic and foreign food waste treatment methods mostly have: aerobic composting,small-biochemical-processors,Vacuum-frying-technology,anaerobic-fermentation,microproteinfeed, earthworms handling food waste.However, these methods exist different aspects of defect, to make up for these shortcomings, the food waste pollution has been better governance, the paper put forward a new food waste disposal plan on the basis of concluded the existing treatment method -- source reduction classification, including the main following two aspects :(1)the family kitchen garbage,and small restaurants used swill point source reductions decentralized treatment;(2)the food waste of hotels, Large institutions use a separate container to collect, transport, and centralized fixed stations and time, by the transport sector approved by the municipal sanitation department.This programs involve equipment is the main food waste pulverizer, which have nearly 80-year history of development and use, simple structure, mature technology, stable quality, high level of standardization, low prices.Paper establish a food waste processing model on the basis of this new program , provided an auxiliary tool for the city of their choice for the food waste treatment program . Model Graphics clear,using AHP calculation method, which have a wide range using and strong reliability.Finally Based on the study in the food waste pollution of Xiamen City.application of the model, calculated the new treatment program -- the source reduction classification highest scores for the appropriate treatment program.
