| With the constant changes of society,the environment of the Taiyuan section of the Fenhe River has undergone tremendous changes.In recent years,the government’s construction of the Fenhe River in the Taiyuan section of the Fenhe River has made the management of the pollution of the Taiyuan section of the Fenhe River very important.It also has higher requirements for the prevention and control of the Fenhe River.This paper chooses seven areas of Shengli Bridge North,Shengli Bridge-Yifen Bridge,Yifen Bridge-Yingze Bridge,Yingze Bridge-South Inner Ring Bridge,South Inner Ring Bridge-Changfeng Bridge,Changfeng Bridge-South Central Bridge,South Central Bridge-Xiangyun Bridge are sampled in Taiyuan section of Fenhe River,and the river sediments of spring,summer,autumn and winter are collected respectively.The total nitrogen content,nitrate nitrogen content,ammonium nitrogen content,cellulase activity,Protease activity,urease activity,phospholipidase activity,aluminum content and copper content were studied and their correlation studies were carried out to analyze the sediment characteristics and environmental indicators of the Taiyuan section of the Fenhe River.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for finding a reasonable way to prevent and control blooms.The experimental results show that the total nitrogen content,cellulase activity,phospholipidase activity and aluminum content of spring sediments in the Taiyuan section of the Fenhe River are most significant.The nitrate nitrogen content and phosphoric acid in summer and autumn sediments.The difference of monoesterase activity and aluminum content was the most significant.The difference of nitrate nitrogen content,protease activity and copper content in winter sediments was the most significant.The ammonium content of sediments in the Taiyuan section of the Fenhe River was higher than that of nitrate nitrogen.The content of total nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen decreased with seasonal changes.The activity of urease activity and cellulase activity in each season was significantly higher than that of the other two enzymes.The content of heavy metal aluminum was the highest in spring,and the content of copper was the highest in autumn.Correlation analysis showed that the cellulase activity in the sediments of the Taiyuan section of the Fenhe River was positively correlated with the total nitrogen content and nitrate nitrogen content in the sediments.The protease activity was negatively correlated with the ammonium nitrogen content and the nitrate nitrogen content.Relationship;total nitrogen content,nitrate nitrogen content and ammonium nitrogen content were positively correlated with aluminum content,but negatively correlated with copper content;Segment urease activity and protease activity were sediment was significantly negatively correlated with the content of aluminum in the sediment.On the whole,the total nitrogen content in the sediments of the Taiyuan section of the Fenhe River in spring is significantly different,which is mainly related to the difference in cellulase activity;the regional differences in nitrate content in sediments in summer,autumn and winter are significant.The content of aluminum in the sediments between the regions is related to the difference in copper content.On the whole,the ammonium content of the sediments in the Taiyuan section of the Fenhe River is higher than that of the nitrate nitrogen,and the content of aluminum to ammonium in the sediments is increased.Promote,while copper has an inhibitory effect on elevated ammonium levels.This indicates that the cellulase activity and the aluminum ion content in the sediment can influence the degree of eutrophication of the water body by affecting the nitrogen content. |
