With the development of economy,the demand for electric power is booming.In the fields of high voltage transmission lines,such as metals,electrical contacts,microelectronics,etc.,the anti-friction and wear ability of products is not only improved,but also the dynamic conductivity of joints is required to be higher.The reliability and stability of the electrical connection have an important influence on the service life.In view of this situation,it is very challenging to study the conductivity and tribological performance under current carrying conditions.In this paper,the electrical conductivity and current-carrying tribological properties of hard coatings under boundary lubrication conditions are designed and studied from the two directions of surface coating and lubrication.The research contents and results are as follows:(1)The technology of multi-arc ion plating on copper substrate by DG-2-ZY multi-function ion plating machine was investigated,including the pretreatment of the substrate,current,vacuum,bias voltage,duty cycle,etc.The stable and mature TiN and TiCrN coatings and the composite coatings of two kinds of coatings and silver coatings were obtained.(2)Two kinds of greases were prepared,their physical and chemical properties were analyzed.The tribological properties of grease were investigated,and its anti-wear and anti-friction mechanism were analyzed.(3)The carrier tribological properties of the base copper,TiN and TiCrN coatings under different greases were investigated.The results show that the PTFE2 grease containing 1%carbon nanotubes has excellent lubricating and conductive properties.At the same time,the current-carrying tribological properties of silver coatings with TiN and TiCrN coatings as substrates were investigated.(4)The thermo-structural coupling calculation was carried out on the temperature change of the friction contact surface,and the temperature field distribution cloud map and the equivalent stress distribution cloud diagram in the friction process were drawn.
