Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the major disasters that threatens coal mine safety.The tendency of coal spontaneous combustion,the continuous leakage of oxygen,the accumulation of heat,and the above three conditions are more than the coal spontaneous combustion period are the four necessary factors that cause coal spontaneous combustion.Therefore,suppressing ventilation and oxygen supply is the best way to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal.For the method of restraining ventilation and oxygen supply,in addition to the traditional use of pressure regulating measures to adjust the internal and external pressure difference to reduce air leakage,the use of plugging technology to reduce the leakage of the leak channel is a better choice.Firstly,this paper aims at the problem of coal seam spontaneous combustion caused by air leakage,combined with the characteristics of the sealing material used at home and abroad for mine roadway,and according to the characteristics of spraying material construction technology,the initial coagulation time is fast,the strength is big,the cost is low,the construction is simple,A composite fire-extinguishing spraying sealing material based on cemented material 1 and Binder ? is developed,the effects of binder ratio,filler ?,enhancer A,composite additive B and compound additive C on the basic properties of the material(slurry viscosity,initial coagulation time and compressive strength)were studied,and the content of each component was optimized.According to the method of orthogonal test,the best content of the composite fire-extinguishing spraying material,such as the optimum binder ratio,the water-solid ratio,the filling material ?,the reinforcing agent A,the compound additive b,and the compound additive c,is 0.7:0.3,0.6:1,10%,2.5%,1.3%,2%.Secondly,this article through the composite fire-extinguishing spray plugging materials and different types,the results show that the compressive strength of the mixture of the material and coal is more than 2.3MPa,which reflects the excellent cementation property of the material and coal,and can effectively cementation and stabilize the fractured coal body in practical engineering application.,the results show that the anti-softening coefficient of the composite fire-extinguishing spraying material 28d specimen is 0.895,the water resistance is good,and the sealing requirement of the mine is met..Finally,combined with the characteristics of spraying construction technology and the characteristics of composite fire-extinguishing spraying material,the construction equipment of compound fire-extinguishing spraying material with high pressure wind as power is studied,and the effect of compound fire-extinguishing spraying sealing material is carried out by small-scale industrial test.Field industrial tests show that in the mine high-pressure wind is the driving force,the new type of fire-extinguishing sealing material is simple and safe,with good cementation and water resistance,and almost no cracking or shedding phenomenon;After spraying the fractured roadway,the air leakage volume decreases greatly,which can solve the problem of crack leakage,and is a good spraying and sealing fire-extinguishing material,It is of great practical significance to control the spontaneous combustion problem caused by leakage prevention in mine goaf.
