In this Thesis,the design and analysis of control system for PBJ-01 type profile machine are carried out.The system can realize the stable operation,automatic correction and working state monitoring of the equipment,meet the actual production requirements of large quantities and high precision.The system mainly includes the self-balancing system of balance roller,the linkage control of the belt knife mechanism,the grinding mechanism,the cloth feeding mechanism and the tilting mechanism,as well as the fluff and wool height detection system.The system can automate and intelligentize the slitting process completely avoid the influence of human factors greatly improve the working efficiency and improve the quality of the slitting products.First of all,according to the functional requirements of the slitting machine,the process flow of the equipment is analyzed,the overall scheme of the system is drawn up,and the hardware required by the system is selected and debugged.At the same time,the software part of the system is completed.Including the preparation of the program and PC interface production.Then,according to the characteristics of the equipment structure,workspace,load properties and precision requirements,the control strategy and each detection link,the automatic control system of PBJ-01 automatic dissection machine,the servo motor speed regulation system,the tool device,the sharpening device,are completed.Feeding and swinging device,measuring system of active roll balance,measuring of wool height,real-time monitoring and control of monitoring system of upper computer.Secondly,the stability of the system is analyzed by using MATLAB software to verify the stability and reliability of the system.Finally,the fuzzy PID control technology is used to monitor and adjust the speed of the active roll in real time to ensure the balance of the active rollers on both sides and the precision of the profile distribution.At the same time,the experimental results show that the system has good stability in operation and can ensure high precision of profile distribution.
