Optimized management of Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul(MRO)for Heavy machine tools equipment is becoming more complex and uneconomic for enterprises.Because of increasing production rate,upgrading social environment for manufacturing in the accounts of competition in a growing global market,varieties in customer demand,etc.Heavy,large and long-lived equipment often used harshly under such circumstances.In this regards,it is necessary to optimize and reduce MRO processing and improve productivity under cloud manufacturing environment.For this purpose,Closed-loop MRO Management System Framework model has been developed.The main direction of the research is to use MRO support as an important part of the PLM solution and use the product design and manufacturing knowledge and information to support the product's MRO business,which belongs to the development of the thirdgeneration derived MRO management system.In the aspect of engineering practice,the maintenance knowledge management and material structure tracking technology based on the neutral material list are selected to comprehensively use the full life cycle knowledge and the rule-based maintenance strategy representation and determination technology is used to support the implementation of lean maintenance.Through research project,a closed-loop design,operation and maintenance capability for heavy machine tool equipment has been formed,breaking through PLM data access and perception,life-cycle data management,data fusion processing and remote transmission,full-lifecycle knowledge cloud services,and product design based on data feedback.Moreover,technology of engineering design,equipment ECU intelligent diagnosis and adaptive technology,remote fault diagnosis and health status analysis has been studied and knowledge-based MRO system been proposed.Through the development of closed-loop PLM system and application implementation,improve the design,manufacture,and operation of heavy machine tools,maintenance and other capabilities,improve equipment operation reliability,ensure product quality and high precision,and extend the life of the equipment.Combining the industry demand of heavy machine tool equipment and the development status and trends of PLM,this paper proposes a new model of closed-loop PLM system based on MRO,that rely on existing closed-loop feedback from production to design.The product life cycle of knowledge products is refined and intelligently controlled.Integrate product life cycle big data,especially the data that is actively generated and automatically sensed during the product use phase through an effective data feedback mechanism,based on the maintenance of intelligent closed-loop,product big data counteracts product maintenance,realizes product health analysis and fault diagnosis and forms a knowledgebased closed-loop MRO management system;product operation processes based on closedloop running intelligence according to the self-adjustment and self-adaptation processing environment and processing conditions.Moreover,the research achievements are implemented in Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool Group Co.,Ltd.to support the research and development,manufacturing,maintenance and overhaul of large-scale and complex products.
