Oil is called the lifeblood of the world's industry.With the depletion of liquid petroleum and the maturity of shale oil technology,the problem of water quality analysis of crude oil is gradually emerging.The water content detection device is a key part of oil product detection,and is of great significance in judging the leakage position of the oil pipeline,predicting the life of the oil well and detecting the oil quality of the pipeline.The capacitive moisture content device which based on the theory of dielectric constant of aqueous crude oil has been widely used in the market due to its low cost,high precision,ease of use and maintenance.In this paper,a set of modular crude oil moisture detection and transmission system is designed for the long-term exploitation of oil wells in some areas in China with the harsh environment.The system uses a parallel plate probe to collect moisture content related signals and detect the moisture content.After connecting the wireless transmission module,the collected data can be transmitted to the PC host computer by GPRS and stored in the databaseThe design of this topic mainly includes the following aspects:(1)The design of the overall plan.According to the functional requirements of the system and the site conditions,determine the overall scheme of the detection system,the system components,the model of the central processor,determine the remote communication scheme,and evaluate the design feasibility.(2)Hardware design and program of crude oil moisture detection end.It includes the design of the size of the parallel plate capacitor probe module,the capacitance-voltage conversion module,the main control module,the button circuit,the liquid crystal display circuit,and the hardware and software design of the temperature acquisition module.(3)Design of the remote communication module.The selection of the GPRS communication module and the peripheral SIM card connection circuit,the design of the power supply circuit(4)Writes the preparation and debugging of the host computer on computer side,and designs the receiving end interface of the host computer to complete the functions of moisture content display,curve drawing,SMS alarm,data storage and retrieval.(5)Software and hardware debugging of the measured and data transmission part of the crude oil moisture content.On-site measurement and software and hardware debugging for moisture content data acquisition,temperature acquisition,wireless transmission,database storage,etc.required by the crude oil moisture content detection system developed by this subject.After the test is feasible,the printed circuit board is designed according to the hardware schematic.And verify the effectiveness of the system through experiments.
