In the 21st century,the energy crisis is getting more and more serious.Reducing cost and lightening has become a hot topic of discussion.The lightweight products represented by aluminum honeycomb materials have been widely used in various industries,such as rail transit and petrochemical industry.The traditional process of honeycomb core is complex and tedious,the material waste is serious and the strength is general.It has great significance that we research and develop the automatic aluminum honeycomb production equipment with low cost and high strength.In this thesis,the traditional production process of aluminum honeycomb materials was studied and the key points of cost reduction were analyzed.Meanwhile,in order to enhance the structural strength of aluminum honeycomb,laser welding technology is adopted to optimize the connection mode,and the optimal control strategy of automation equipment is adopted to achieve efficient and low-cost production and at the same time improve the strength.The main research work is as follows:1.Through the research of the market,access to relevant information,more in-depth understanding of the aluminum honeycomb core production technology development history and the current market situation,make concrete analysis to its application field,summarizes the current defects of manufacturing equipment and production technology,combined with the current advanced laser welding technology,construct a kind of automatic laser welding of aluminium honeycomb equipment concept.2.The traditional craft,a brief theoretical analysis of the new advantage of the laser welding process,the structure of aluminum honeycomb core automatic laser welding equipment modeling and parameterized,according to the working principle of automatic equipment of different modules,select the appropriate structure,to determine the optimal selection of parts,and the calculation of key modules are necessary,and use the WORKBENCH on the finite element strength analysis,the final integration of laser welding process of aluminum honeycomb core.3.The laser welding of aluminum honeycomb core automation equipment key point is the welding speed,it directly affects the performance of the whole equipment,working for the laser welding beat optimization,in this paper,with the aid of modern control theory,design the most suitable control strategy,the equipment and process simulation,in order to achieve the ideal state.4.Bring new validation process optimization effect,first of all,the traditional adhesive aluminium honeycomb core adhesive strength analysis,using the finite element software WORKBENCH and Solidworks,modeling and simulation,secondly,in view of the laser welding process key point,to study the effect of laser parameters on welding,select the optimal parameters,and simulation of laser welding of aluminum honeycomb core samples in finite element simulation,then comparing the results of the two,draw the conclusion.5.Debug the laser welded aluminum honeycomb automation equipment,and simulate the actual production.Compare the products produced by the laser welded aluminum honeycomb automation equipment with the traditional honeycomb core,and conduct the mechanical property test.The results show that the automation equipment can achieve the expected purpose:reduce the cost and improve the strength of the honeycomb core.This paper studies a new type of automatic manufacturing equipment for laser welding aluminum honeycomb,which can effectively solve the problems of material waste,cost increase and low strength caused by traditional production process.It has a high reference value for production.
