Raw silk denier testing is an evaluation of the uniformity of raw silk diameter.According to national standards,raw silk test samples consist of 50 spindles randomly produced by the raw silk cutting process.The device winding mechanism winds the raw silk 100 times(1.125 m/re)for each wire ingot and repeats 4 times.The weighing module weighs the weight of the raw silk each time,and calculates the fineness of the raw silk each time according to the fineness formula.According to the 200 sets of raw silk densities data generated by the experiment,the average fineness,the fineness deviation,the maximum deviation of the fineness of the raw silk were calculated,and then the raw silk grade was determined.The traditional raw silk denier detection method mainly includes the following detection steps: winding 200 strands of raw silk,raw silk into small filaments,raw silk fibril weighing and printing a report.This paper continues to study in depth on the basis of a raw silk densitometer.The device integrates the traditional raw silk fineness detection process,automatically completes the processes of winding,spinning,calculating fineness,data storage,and raw silk grading.The research contents of this paper mainly include: improvement of device control system,design of raw silk broken wire detection sensor,analysis of detection data of new device,and uncertainty of new device and evaluation of detection accuracy.Device control system improvements primarily include hardware and program components.The hardware improvement includes the design of the minimum system circuit,serial communication circuit,power supply circuit and interface circuit of the single chip microcomputer.The software completes the programming and porting of the device motor control program,the broken wire signal detection program,and the data processing program.The broken wire sensor detects the broken wire of the raw silk according to the principle of photoelectric contrast.The infrared receiving tube receives the optical signal emitted by the infrared transmitting tube and converts it into an electrical signal.Over wire hook off signal sensor means receiving the difference signal received is amplified tube before and after the photoelectric raw silk yarn breakage.After the sensor broken wire signal transmission to the signal processing circuit for the microcontroller acquisition,and finally to achieve accurate detection of the raw silk yarn breakage failure.According to the experimental data generated before and after the improvement of the raw silk denier detection device,the detection uncertainty of the device and the manual is calculated,and the performance of the raw silk denier detection device before and after improvement is determined.The improved detection accuracy of the device is analyzed by comparing the new device with the manually generated denier data.Through the research of this subject,it is found that the new detection device is more stable in operation and the detection uncertainty and precision are obviously improved.
