In recent years, with the development of industrial economy, more and more pollution incidents occurred in chemical companies. When the pollution incidents appear in the coastal area ,chemical leaks and fires resulting from raw matericals will flow into water, That seriously affects the ecological functions of water bodies and downstream ruban water security in the region and maximizes the reduction of pollution accidents along the environmental risks.In November 2005, there was an explosion in the SINOPEC in Jilin province,which led to environmental pollution accident occurred in Songhua River. There was polysaprobic zone nearly one hundred kilometer because 80 tons of nitrobenzene flew into the Songhua River, resulting in serious negative impact on international. To minimize water pollution accidents caused by sudden environmental hazards, in exceptional circumstances, to avoid cross-border river water to coastal petrochemical pollution incidents can be an accident of pollutants discharged into the municipal sewage treatment plants along the river, using existing municipal wastewater treatment plant buffer capacity, deal with unexpected incidents of oil pollution cases. For the above problem,the use of oil wastewater treatment plant to deal with pollution accidents along the river and the impact of oil pollutants networks has important practical significance.Experiment simulates SBR wastewater treatment process commonly used to dispose of sewage and makes 0#diesel oil as targeted pollutants, to study the pollutants into the sewage treatment plant SBR process after the impact of petroleum pollution, the impact on water quality. Explore the use of SBR process for wastewater treatment feasibility of the impact of oil pollution response, and make the impact of low concentration of SBR process to rely on their ability to shock, impact with high concentration of adsorption and separation materials, adding the program.Sanitary water with oil concentration less than 50mg/L flows into the SBR process, the significant effect on the process, SBR process water quality reachs the mark. When the oil concentration exceeds 50mg/L, the SBR process can no longer rely solely on the output water quality up to the national integrated wastewater discharge standard and in line with other means of supporting oil, test by adding to the SBR process absorbing material within the program.Test selected powdered activated carbon (PAC), granular activated carbon, graphite, organic modified bentonite four kinds of absorbing materials and oil absorption contrast, by comparing the concentration of proven oil 50mg/L-200mg/L for sewage, powder activated carbon Adsorption of the best. Demonstrate the use of dynamic testing in conjunction with PAC-SBR process to strengthen the feasibility of removal of oil pollution, the results show that: 0.2g/L of PAC dosage of SBR technology to make effective resistance to 100mg/L concentration of oil pollution impact; the 0.5g/L PAC dosage of SBR technology can effectively resist the 200mg/L concentration of the impact of oil pollution concentration, thus the use of PAC-SBR process to handle unexpected oil pollution and to provide scientific basis for decision making.
