Along with our country some aging and increasing mining depth,mining conditions of coal seam are more and more complex.Mine gas and coal spontaneous combustion threaten safety production and physical and psychological health of worker.It is great significance to establish prevention and control technology system for gas and spontaneous combustion coordination in gob,based on characteristics and difficulties of prevention of the two kinds of disasters.The paper aiming at the problems of gas symbiosis with spontaneous combustion hazards in Nanshan coal mine,with 33183 fully-mechanized face as the research object,according to the occurrence of coal seam,roadway layout and characteristics of the gas extraction,analyse the working face features and the hidden trouble of the composite disasters.Coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters of 18 coal seam were evaluated through thermogravimetric analysis and the theory of activation energy.Index gases of coal sample were gained by coal heating and oxidizing experiment and indicator gases such as CO,C2H4,C2H4/C2H6 have been selected for predicting spontaneous combustion in gob.According to the based parameters of working coal seam and the adjacent coal seams,predict the absolute gas emission during the preliminary mining in the 33183 working face as 8.4m3/min.According to the results of field observation data and experimental measurement,the gob three-dimensional calculation model parameters were set.Combining goaf spontaneous combustion dangerous area determination methods and gas explosion limit range,determine 33183 working face reasonable ventilation rate is 800-900ml3min,the reasonable distance of the roof lane internal displace to return airway is 13m,reasonable extraction flow of roof lane is 150-200m3/min by using fluent simulation software,under the condition of "U" type ventilation way,cooperate to use "upper corner+roof lane" drainage technology,can remove working face gas overrun with the threat of spontaneous combustion hidden trouble.Finally,we do some work including monitoring,corner to block air leakage,fly ash grouting,buried pipe nitrogen injection and "roof lane+upper corner" combined drainage technology of synergistic prevention and control system during mining.Through field application,achieve the goal of governing the working face gas overrun and preventing spontaneous combustion in gob,ensuring the safety of stopping working face.
