The ventilation and gas extraction methods of the“Y+high drilling”fully mechanized mining face have gradually been widely used due to their superior gas control effect.However,while the gas is being treated,the risk of spontaneous combustion of the coal left in the goaf is increased;On the contrary,in order to reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal left in the goaf,measures to reduce the air supply and the intensity of gas drainage are adopted,but it is difficult to meet the requirements for gas control.For this reason,based on the occurrence and development of gas and coal spontaneous combustion and their compound disasters,research on the cooperative prevention and control system of gas and coal spontaneous combustion compound disasters in"Y+high-position drilling"fully mechanized faces has very important theoretical academic significance and field application value.This paper uses the 1226 working face of Shuguang Coal Mine as the research background,starting from the spontaneous combustion characteristics of the coal itself,and based on the occurrence and development of gas and coal spontaneous combustion and its compound disasters,using CFD software to carry out parameters related to ventilation,drainage,nitrogen injection,etc.Study on the influence of gas and coal spontaneous combustion in goaf and its compound disaster risk area.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Using the experiment of low-temperature oxidation characteristics of coal,the gas product change trend of Shuguang Coal Mine 2#coal with different particle sizes with increasing temperature was measured and analyzed,and the oxygen consumption rate of coal samples with different particle sizes at different temperatures was calculated at the same time.And determined the symbolic gas index of coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation of 2#coal.(2)Based on the actual situation of the 1226 working face,an on-site beam tube sampling observation and analysis system was established,and the change law of CH4,O2 and CO concentration in the goaf with the advancement of the working face was obtained.At the same time,the physical model and simulation parameters of the numerical simulation were determined.Comparing the simulation results with the on-site measurement results,and dividing the gas and coal spontaneous combustion compound disaster risk area.(3)Taking the gas concentration distribution,oxygen concentration distribution and the range of gas and coal spontaneous combustion compound hazard areas as evaluation indicators,the optimal working face ventilation,drainage and nitrogen injection parameters are determined through numerical simulation;at the same time,establish The coordinated prevention and control system of gas and coal spontaneous combustion and its compound disasters in the goaf of 1226 working face was established,and the optimization effect of the coordinated prevention and control technical parameters was tested and evaluated.The paper has 72 pictures,16 tables,and 81 references.
