Coal mine gas disaster has always been one of the main factors threatening the safe production of coal mines in China.Due to the large amount of gas emission,gas easily gather and the geological conditions not clear in the front of the heading face,which makes the heading face become the main disaster area of the gas disaster,so it is very important to prevent and control of the gas disaster in the heading face.At the same time,under the influence of ground stress and superposition of mining stress,the stability of coal body is damaged and coal and gas outburst may be induced.With the coal mining intensity and depth increased year by year,mining conditions become complex,highlighting the deep mine safety problems caused by more serious.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to realize the rapid and accurate dynamic prediction of coal and gas outburst in heading face.This paper took the tunneling working face 7603 of Wuyang mine coal and gas outburst prediction problem as the research background,Based on the stress distribution law of the roadway surrounding rock and the model of spherical stress field,the stress distribution law of both sides of the roadway and the coal in the front face are analyzed,and the width of the equilibrium zone and the peak of the stress on both sides of the roadway are calculated.At the same time,the damage area,plastic zone and elastic zone distribution in the front coal body of the heading face,and the relationship between the "three zones" and the coal and gas outburst are analyzed.The FLAC3D software is used to establish the simplified model of the heading face,simulate the working process of the working face,analyze the stress distribution and the change of the plastic zone,and provide theoretical guidance for the working face.The intelligent prediction model of coal and gas outburst based on KPCA-BA-ELM was established.Twenty cases of coal and gas outburst were selected,and the validity of the model was verified by comparative analysis.This prediction model is used to predict the risk of coal and gas outburst in 7603 heading face.And through the field using WTC gas protruding parameter meter to determine the desecamp desorption indicators for field detection.The results show that the model is consistent with the results of field detection,and there is no outstanding risk in 7603 heading face.Based on KPCA-BA-ELM,the prediction model of coal and gas outburst risk can effectively interpret the nonlinear law of time and space evolution,and it has high recognition rate and generalization ability,and has high reliability in coal and gas outburst risk prediction value.
