There are two coal and gas outburst occurred in the heading face of Yi'an B1 coal seam ,and it brings a serious problem to mine's safety in production.With the main line of coal and gas outburst prediction in the heading face, this article makes an in-depth research to determine the outburst prediction sensitive index and its critical value in the heading face of Yi'an mine.This article get the dominant factor of outburst is gas based on the studying of coal and gas outburst features of Xin'an coal field which include Yi'an mine.According to the study of gas occurrence regularity, the dominant factor of gas content distribution is buried depth of coal seam ,and the coal seam thickness, lithology of surrounding rock, faultage and tectonic coal have the ability to affect gas occurrence regularity to some extent. On that basis, it comprehensive analysis interval distribution feature and the influencing factor of outburst prediction sensitive index of heading face,and using standard deviation analysis and fuzzy prioritize decision-making to make sure the outburst prediction sensitive indexes of heading face in Yi'an mine B1 coal seam is q andΔh2 .At the same time, puts forward gas desorption index of drilling cutting Q3 based on the gas expansion energy,and it was confirmed the sensitivity to outburst through the laboratory study and field special testing.Then constructs the critical value determined system of outburst prediction sensitive indexes of the heading face on the basis of laboratory studies, field special testing and critical value reliability evaluation, the system is also applied and get the critical value of q,Δh2 and Q3 are 3.8L/min,180Pa and 0.26 m3/t respectively.Finally conducts the industrial test applications according to the confirmed sensitive indexes and its critical value ,the results show that the prediction indexes are sensitive,the system is perfect, and its critical value are reliable.
