The gas accident and fire accident is one of the most serious accidents in the coal mine,so the gas accident and fire accident is a very important problem to be solved in the mining industry development in our country.However,in recent years,our country has invest huge energy and has entered a new stage and has got stage effect in the gas and fir accident prevention.but there is no can be fundamentally contain significant gas and fire accidents,so the coal mine production safety situation is still grim.This topic proposed by using the theoretical analysis,model design and practical application of the method of combining combined with domestic and foreign research present situation,the analysis of mine gas and fire identification method,early warning theory,major hazard installation identification,early warning model and the study early warning technology,and analyze the coal mine gas explosion accident,the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion fire accident,designed for two kinds of accidents are identified and the early warning index system.For them to establish the index system of separate contains three types of index:static,dynamic and key monitoring indicators.Analysis and study the characteristics of gas emission in coal mine,using the theory of neural network is established to the coal mine gas for major hazard installation identification and early warning model.The model not only to forecast the gas emission,and for a specified period of the gas concentration to predict the acceptable risk level,thus avoiding the danger level boundaries for a single,static definition,more accurate and practical guidance for practical production.At the same time,using the grey theory prediction method is established for coal spontaneous combustion major hazards identification and early warning model.The model for the inherent factors affecting coal spontaneous combustion,real-time monitoring indicators and the key factors,better for the class for major hazard installation identification,and through the static warning and dynamic early warning and the way of combining full and accurate warning information.Finally,combined with the two types of early warning model,design the application software warning system for major hazards identification with Xin coal mine,the early warning system in the face of spontaneous combustion,gas emission and gas explosion static,dynamic,key monitoring indicators score,identify accurate,timely warning,can be well applied in the practice of coal mining enterprises.
