Study Of Major Dangerous Sources Of Hazardous Chemicals Onintelligent Early Warning And Abnormal Investigation

Major dangerous hazard sources in China have the problems with high-level number,widely distributed and huge potential risk.With the development of economy,larger use causes the increasing quantity of dangerous chemicals.At the same time,more dangerous chemical factors are hidden in the process of production and storage.It promotes the dangerous situation with higher potential,large quantity and wide distribution of major hazard sources.China's major hazard monitoring and early warning information technology faces with low level,the safety about supervision and management also faces more difficulties.And the scene of the accident information access difficulties,emergency security is not timely.In recent years,although some achievements have been seen in the informatization construction about major hazard monitoring,But some enterprises in developed regions have established major hazard monitoring and control system centers.However,the overall level of major hazard monitoring infrastructure,government and enterprise information networks,safety supervision and management techniques,accident early warning capability,and major hazard monitoring information is relatively lower than public security,environmental protection and other industries system.When accidents come from the major hazard sources,most enterprises cannot get the accurate information including the types of dangerous substances and the quantity of storage,the safety parameters of the key devices and the video information of the scene,which seriously affect the smooth development of emergency rescue.Therefore,it is imperative to establish national-provincial-city-county-enterprise five major hazardous chemicals record and early warning system.And more measures should be taken in dynamic monitoring,early warning and safety supervision of important parts to reduce the risk of major accidents and prevent people from major accidents.In the new era of mobile Internet,the traditional artificial and computer network early warning and investigation system lag and other disadvantages become increasingly obvious.This put forward new requirements for the new era of security monitoring and control system.This paper firstly analyzes the existing monitoring system of major hazard sources and similar procedures in China and abroad.Then it compares and analyzes the current development status of the existing major hazard record,early warning system and anomaly investigation technology.On this basis,combined with the primary hazard record and early warning system at the grassroots level,the existing nationwide major hazard record and early warning system has been developed and implemented,and the program has been upgraded with video capture and some artificial intelligence.The main achievements of this paper and the research system are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the basic situation of the safety monitoring early warning system about major hazard source in China and abroad,the existing problems of the existing system and the directions which can be improved.And it puts forward a more comprehensive research and implementation direction about the development of new major hazard record,early warning system and anomaly investigation technology.(2)Using JAVA and VPN to connect the major hazard record and early warning system at all levels,it can ensure the central system database information be updated in real time and get timely warning.(3)It connects all the enterprises from all the region original basis for major hazard recording and early warning systems.And the original system of each enterprise system can be combined to make the nationwide record and early warning system as a whole system with more convenient.(4)Analyze the behavior pattern of writing the artificial hazard warning plans,and use the programming and simulation ways to achieve generate solutions with artificial intelligence.And ultimately in the early warning after the occurrence,through data,real-time monitoring intelligent analysis,the system will generate intelligent solution as soon as possible.(5)Based on the early warning system,the new technologies and new ideas of the mobile Internet,analysis of abnormal investigation technology and early warning technology exists a better integration point.
